Hi All,
See letter on 04th Nov 2010 in www.sneachq.net
Pay anomaly of TTAs joined as JTOs after 01.01.2007 on promotion. In order to overcome the pay anomaly, they may opt to continue in the pre-revised Non Executive pay scales till their promotion, fix their pay in the pre revised scale in JTO cadre on their date of promotion and then change over to revised IDA scale of JTOs with fitment. They have to forgo the pay arrears in the Non Executive cadre from 01.01.2007 to their date of promotion. This option is available in the Non Executive Time Bound Promotion order dated 07.05.2010 as clause 3.6. This provision has already been informed to the CSs <<Order>> This anomaly was not addressed in the earlier order for the 2005 batch of Direct rectd JTOs.
So,
We(TTA2JTO-DR) are getting 1 extra notional increment on the revised TTA basic as per FR-27 with arrears.
But,our friendTTAs who completed 8 years of their service are also eligible for 1 extra notional increment as NEPP.
Then what is the gain we achieved becoming JTO-DR in All India Competative JTO Exam from TTA?
So, We are also eligible for fitment i.e., Rs.21620 basic. We for go TTA arrears. It makes no loss if we get Rs.21620 as basic.
Dear friends, remind ur local union activists/CSs personally or through phone for basic fixation and to issue a clear-cut letter fro corporate office so that our illiterate accounts people can understand.
We almost completed 1 year 9 months of JTO service and 2 years 2 months of TTA service after PRC without arrears.
