You can ask your SSA/Unit's DDO (AO (Cash)) to supply you the annual EPF statement.Statement upto 2009-10 has been released by the EPFO.
For further details, you can download EPF Act in PDF format from www.epfindia.com.

Hello friend,
The TA/DA rules, recently issued by BSNL CO N. Del entitles a TTA to claim TA@ Rs 8.00 per km.
In case, anybody puts objection on the claims made on this base, you should ask them to raise the objection in writing that claim at this rate cannot be raised.
If somebody gives that in writing, ask him to give the ruling available in this regard which gives a different rate of claiming TA for attending local faults.
Most of the rules are self made by the so called passing and forwarding authorities and do not exist on paper. The technical staff, being unaware of the complicated and huge number of rulings avoids more messing up in all this and accepts the verbal directions.
Dont ask anybody, just prepare the claims and put up them in a file for forwarding. Do not take any verbal objection, ask to give the objection in writing only. In case an objection is raised in writing, please post here or call me for deciding further line of action.

Dear friends
Whether anybody know what's our future is??? does anybody cares???
Some days back there was being a protest march organised by Joint
action council.
in which employees of various unions took part. What were their need. Stop
the move to
introduce VRS and increase facilities for Pensioners!!!!! . What was heart
breaking to see that one
of our TTA took part in it and after that we had a small chat, during that
he said that he also want VRS
to be introduced. Then why the hell he took part in that protest for. Is he
afraid of someone or something or
he want to get some benefits from these "UNIONS".What the problem with the
Direct BSNL recruited employees??
They are not knowing that, they are loosing the sand under their feet. They
are remaining silent and waiting for some one else do something .
These so called union members and leaders have nothing to loose. They
have obtained maximum from this organisation and now
trying to takeaway what else remains here before they go!!!. How many of
these BSNL employees are sending their children to this organisation???
They all have send their children to "better jobs" with the help of this
organisation and now they are wasting ours .Why we are
allowing this???? Have we all gone waste, useless, voiceles??????
We must have a action plan against these union gundas . We must make plans
how to defeat them. At these times are
a union of Direct recruited employees is very needed ."I" think SNATTA have
the potential to do something.
Friends please , please, please be united in these times. Find the treachers
among us.Don't participate in any protest against VRS and all good things...
We have no more time to waste . Do something or else we will loose
forever!!!!!!

I am also inline with friend "Manju Chauhan" mail regarding Child care leave.I also required hardly on Child care leave, when i ask this to my SDE orJTO, there are telling that rule they don't know.
So, definitely our friends need to take this action in priority in get it done forwoman snattaians.

Definitely. The other unions will never ask for it because it is of no use for them. At this old age they don't need child care leave. It is the need of direct recruited employees and we should demand for it in the NCM.

Dear All
The Child Care Leave (CCL) was proposed by the 6th CPC for the Central Government Departments. For BSNL and other similarly placed PSU following IDA pay scales they are governed by the DPE guidelines and the 2nd PRC and DPE only approved the enhancement of maternity leave from 90 days to 180 days and did not approve the CCL.
United Forum including SNATTA did take this issue of CCL in the NCM but the department was of the view that since the DPE has not approved it the same cannot be implemented. The matter was included in the Strike call given by United Forum but BSNL mgmt did not budge.
Finally the issue was raised in the parliament also but the same reply was given by the then MOC & IT A. Raja that DPE has not approved the CCL and BSNL is bind by DPE guidelines only.
This is present situation on this. SNATTA with its available resources will continue to try for CCL for benefit of its Female counterparts.
