12% is employee share and 13.6% is employer share. If 12% component got reduced to 10%, then this 2% will get added up in the home carry pay. We will lost 2% saving, bt where is loss of pay....?. Its making me confuse. My request frm my friend, please clear my doubt if i m wrong....

Also a seperate pension fund for them to be created to arrive at a figure instead of having ever burgoening pension outgo to save the bsnl from pension account. Our pension EPFcomponent is fixed or diminishing nature depending on profitabilty of the company. Please wake up to get correct compensation. ctc should be same to both the empoloyees of DOT absorbed and BSNL recruited.

Hello friend!
as you know, EPF rules are govern by an independent organization i.e. EPFO or
Trust for all the private org & PSUs so they can't change it easily for such/few
PSUs. Normally 10% deduction is for the organization where total no of
employees<20 otherwise its 12%.
by the way;from where did you get the info??
