Subject: TTABSNL BSNL recruited employees paypackage to be reduced

BSNL is incurring loss in the current fin year. On incurring loss EPF
contribution will effectively be reduced from 12% to 10% as mandated for loss
making PSUs. In effect the employer(BSNL) stand to gain 2% on account of bsnl
recruits but DOT absorbed employees do not suffer. Hence it is high time we ask
for cost to company cadre wise that includes the pension element of the serving
employees. i feel bsnl recruited cost to company(ctc) pay will definitely be
substantially lower than dot absorbed employees. Also a seperate pension fund
for them to be created to arrive at a figure instead of having ever burgoening
pension outgo to save the bsnl from pension account. Our pension EPFcomponent
is fixed or diminishing nature depending on profitabilty of the company. Please
wake up to get correct compensation. ctc should be same to both the empoloyees
of DOT absorbed and BSNL recruited.

I have one query, can we use SIM based EVDO device for
3G GSM card?
Also, when we install NIC card of huewai make, it shows
3G device has installed,so can we use it for EVDO or 3G GSM
data ?

Dear all

This is mail regarding that EPF deduction may reduced to 10% ....I get this
news on the this group.....this is very surprise decision and not
in favor of the DR people of the BSNL, This is learnt that all the loss
making PSU are going to implement the same....but dear i hope that this is
not fare way.....how management imposed this ridiculous decision... we the
DR people have only hope from the EPF side,,,,,i know how the matter was
fully illustrated by the Shushil dande at goa AIC....

Some of our friends are still not getting the slip of EPF yet....this is a
serious matter and it should discuss and some conclusion is needed at this
stage...

Management has their own protocol about each and everything... Now every ITS
officer have blackberry in his pocket of worth more than 10K but they
people are not thinking about the early exam, and other issues of young
talent of this huge organisation.

When they people making policy for blackberry at that time they dont think a
bit about the so called loss making PSU and when the working staff demands
for the bonus and likewise genuine demands....they people always sing a the
same song....

It is learnt that EPF is soon going online. After that we may get more
benefits
.

According to MOU signed with canara bank for various loan, an employee should have 5 year of regular service but you can try also with union bank of india cos here two of our new friends have taken personal loan from union bank of india which may be due to ignorance of manager of bank with this condition.
