Dear Friends
Its True Managment is now stricktly apply the rules and if it is not mentioned in the list for the disclipline it will not allow to sit for the exam.
As i already requested to CHQ for the same to include this issue in the 22nd NCM Meeting
as this will be injustice to the poeple who are having the qulification other than the
prescribed in the RR 2001. As the branches are needs to be treated as the specialisation of the core Branch , but the people who are there in the Recruitment Cell are not meant for using their won mind so I STRONGLY REQUEST TO OUR CHQ to TAKE THIS ISSUE AS A POTENTIAL BURNING ISSUE AND INCLUDE IT IN THE NCM POINT.

I want to discuss one important point. Even though personally it doesn't matter to me, I tried to raise this point many times in the past. But unfortunately the concerned parties were not interested.
As per JTO RR-2001, the MSc Electronics & Instrumentation Engg. have not been mentioned. In the current RR, it states that one qualification is Bachelor of science with Physics AND Mathematics. If one completed BSc Electronics with Physics OR Mathematics as sub before doing MSc Electronics, I strongly afraid that he is not eligible for internal JTO LDCE if the management strictly follows the lines of the RR-2001. In such an unfortunate situation even the court can't help us since the law follows not the logic but the evidence(written lines) only. I am afraid of the same situation for Instrumentation Engg.also. Earlier, when I tried to discuss this point, many of the concerned friends told me that no logic in such things. But the logic may not work all the time. Without mentioning the name of the branch 'Instrumentation Engg' many circles accommodated them in TTA & JTO outside exams. But the management is becoming very strict in the recent
times. This time some Circles rejected application form of Instrumentation Engg or Industrial Electronics or like branches. Even the branches Applied Electronics and Computer hardware maintenance were rejected in the last two TTA exams in Kerala. First time some friends(Applied Electronics, Computer hardware maintenance, MSc Electronic Science etc) wrote the exam through court. But the second time the management was more vigilant and such cases were dismissed by the court.
Personally I hope all the TTAs can write the JTO LDCE. But prevention is always better than cure. So I request the concerned friends to prepare some representation and send it through the proper channel and immediately as advanced copies.

As far as I know you will get the BP+DA(new),if it was advertised for recruitment of JTO after 2 nd pay revisios. If it was advertised before 2nd pay revission then this case is ambiguous.But while joining as a JTO if employer gives joining letter at the basic pay of 16000 then you (as old TTA)are looser but the case may be chalanged in your favour if you do not accept 16000 basic whereas this is applicable in second case only.
