I don't want to reply this mail but after read your lase sentence "If we cant comments upon Namboodiri in this forum then where my dear?" .

our new brother and sister (tta 2009 batch) don't know the all thing then they all will come in running train (for critics on nambudri) because we all know how chq leader solve all our related problem with the help of recognized union ( i agree your point of view that this time bsnleu another time might be another union but at this time is bsnleu so we have to compromise with them we have no choice dear)and the bottom of this pyramid is all the member of snatta so everyone give the support to chq body then only they work.so, for that matter we have to keep in control at this stage.

as you was part of commit tie and our leader also, this is a suggestion only i m not critics you.

I can say this because I had a previelage to be a part of the wage comm meetings.I had given a good long commentary on the meeting I had attended but you seem to forget all.
On 3rd March itself Mr R K BATRA had propsed that the recognised union can sign on the agreement right away,at par with executives,But GS BSNEU insisted that the periodicity should be 5 instead of 10 years,upon which the managment had said that they were ready to write next wage revision simultaneously with executives,in the successive meetings but Nmaboodiri was adamant on his demands.
And what we got?
No periodicity will be mentioned. Next wage revision for non-executives will be along with executives.

we should be brave enough to admit our failures and follies.
We should not hide our head in sand like Ostrich on seeing the enemy.

And where to discuss all the issues other than Yahoogroups?whether it relates to BSNLEU or any other topic.
Yes I can call you or for that matter anyone one because everyone has a phone line,but that would remain between us only So instead of one to one communication we should encourage many to many communication.

And its dirty politics and trade union politics is no different so No FATHER NO SON relation ship exist not for me atleast ,just OPPURTUNISM.Select the winning horse,this time it was BSNLEU,it may be NFTE or FNTO or BSNLEU again.We were kingmakers once,remember,we can be again next time also,let THEM(BSNLEU) not forget this,so always assert what we all can do.

Any way we should maintain a calm and refrain from sending abusive SMSs or mails to Namboodiri at this stage,Becuase one of the major issue ,ie pay upgradation of TTAs and also the Promotional scale is to be discussed tom-morrow.So hold your anger for the time being and wait for tom-morrows meeting outcome before bursting.We have to carry on with the lame horse for some more time I think.

In the meeting of wage negotiation held today, 17th November 2009 , the following understanding has been reached:

1. 30% fitment on pay + 68.8% IDA

2. ivNo periodicity will be mentioned. Next wage revision for non-executives will be along with executes.

3. Increase of fitment on 68.8% to 78.2% IDA both for non-executives and executives simultaneously.

4. 3% annual increment

A great start has been made. The next meeting of the committee will be held on 19th November to discuss pay scales and other issues.

dear vikas jee and who not belive in chq team...
i am so happy that we all got the most awaited news about 6 pay comminsion 30% rise of pay and other 3% increment and no periodicity .and at par with executive...
so dear now my two points ..
we must congratulate VAN Namboodiri and all his team (including you ...because you are the first ever member TTA in for wage committee)...and many our chq leader also in his team..only because of his support we can know all this things(NEWS REAL WITH A MEMBER) and we can also stand in fornt of manangement ,,,so we can know all internal matter and truth.
In my ssa and circle i have post direct news to my TTA from DR TTA Hakam sing...so its just support of BSNLEU...(not favourar it but path to get news)
so still we have to go more step with him...(as recognise union LDCE Exam)..

Dear Er. Mukesh Vaghela ,

Hope you must be fine. You are right that all of us should stand united and support SNATTA leaders and I am sure no body is questioning that. We all the circumstances in which we decided to support BSNLU... Situation has not changed much. But discussion and evaluation should continue. As far as new friends are concerns :- I feel they are mature, Educated ad at par with US. Thats why management has decided to give them same TTA designation as us and not Jr. TTA. SO it will be nice and sweet to treat them as equal and not as juniors. Let them read and find out for themselves. If they want they can always consult someone for clarification.

Do not bother tooooo much .. relax .. and let everybody learn, read, and post ..

VK anand and Vikash have written what the truth lies between this wage agreement. We the TTa's have made BSNLEU recognised with our votes and efforts and we at SSA lavel have to define the staffs about this said MAJOR Achievement. The CHQ team has to define us the meaning of major in the context of wage agreement.

you have not include HRA for arear calculation since the HRA is depend on Basic pay
arear should be given given for HRA also

For ex

Basic            HRA
8000               400           for 5%
18000             900           for 5%

and the HRA have changed from Feb'09
it should also be inclued

hi,,

if dsl is stable and you are not able to do net (neither in pppoe nor bridge mode), then problem could be any of the following:-

1. DSL port of the line is faulty. Needs to be reset from local NIB.

2. Port Binding Issue. Pls Chk net at MDF.

3. Attenuation is too high (> 45) or SNR (< 10) is too Low, the link will fail randomly. Pls chk net at MDF and if its ok there then change/check subscriber's LINE, Pair, DP, Splitter, Jumper, Punch the all points.

4. Reset modem and configure fresh else Pls change modem.

NEW DELHI: Telecom Minister A Raja on Thursday asked mobile operators to cut SMS charges on the lines of one paisa per second tariff for voice calls
"Increasing competition from new players and adoption of better technology have led to reduction in call charges significantly, and I feel the same can happen in case of SMS tariff also," Raja said at a function to celebrate 500 million telecom subscriber base.

Now the mobile call tariff have come down to as low as 1 one paisa per second and in some cases even half-a-paisa per second, the minister said, adding operators now must focus on a similar telecom revolution in the rural areas

Dede Koswara dubbed the Tree Man is back after nine months of operations to
remove the woody growth from his body. He was once sacked from his job,
deserted by his wife and shunned by his neighbors - treated like a freak
becaused of his gnarled growths sprouting from his hands and feet. The warts
