Dear Mahesh,
Regarding JTO results, I heard through friends that the cut off mark for OC was 64 this time due to more applicants. In 2007 exam, it was 40. You are unlucky despite a very good show in the exam. Best of Luck next time or through LICE.

1.new jto basic salary 16.500 only (.which gross comes less than tta salary after our pr.
2.to transfer to ap it takes min 5yrs of service
3.if transfers after 5yrs i be junior in ap circle
4.HR will be deleted after giving tech. resignation
please clear my doubts because "Kuch benefit hi to jayenge nahi to ni"

Dear Balaji,
New Basic is 16400+25.3% DA. In the near future it will become 18850+DA. Then too it may be less than the revised scale of your current scale depending on your length of service in the TTA cadre. You have all the logical right to get the pay protection. But it is BSNL. So anything may happen. So contact Dhiraj or Chandan for more information.

Now the time has come to be ACTIVE for Association and for ALL OUR TTAs. I request all the ACTIVE MEMBERS of GROUP to pressurise their respective Circle Secretary,SNATTA and Central Coordinator,SNATTA to meet CGM immidietly and convince him to send a representation to Corporate Office about reducing Service Condition for JTO (Internal) from 10 years to 5 years.
The letter from CGM, Gujarat is already received by Corporate Office.
It will make a difference that you can't believe.

Dear Friends,
I want to discuss one important point. Even though personally it doesn't matter to me, I tried to raise this point many times in the past. But unfortunately the concerned parties were not interested.
As per JTO RR-2001, the MSc Electronics & Instrumentation Engg. have not been mentioned. In the current RR, it states that one qualification is Bachelor of science with Physics AND Mathematics. If one completed BSc Electronics with Physics OR Mathematics as sub before doing MSc Electronics, I strongly afraid that he is not eligible for internal JTO LDCE if the management strictly follows the lines of the RR-2001. In such an unfortunate situation even the court can't help us since the law follows not the logic but the evidence(written lines) only. I am afraid of the same situation for Instrumentation Engg.also. Earlier, when I tried to discuss this point, many of the concerned friends told me that no logic in such things. But the logic may not work all the time. Without mentioning the name of the branch 'Instrumentation Engg' many circles accommodated them in TTA & JTO outside exams. But the management is becoming very strict in the recent
times. This time some Circles rejected application form of Instrumentation Engg or Industrial Electronics or like branches. Even the branches Applied Electronics and Computer hardware maintenance were rejected in the last two TTA exams in Kerala. First time some friends(Applied Electronics, Computer hardware maintenance, MSc Electronic Science etc) wrote the exam through court. But the second time the management was more vigilant and such cases were dismissed by the court.
Personally I hope all the TTAs can write the JTO LDCE. But prevention is always better than cure. So I request the concerned friends to prepare some representation and send it through the proper channel and immediately as advanced copies.
