there is no separate driver for...usb
i am using following trick to install usb drivers
try to open the cd provided with the modem....run the set and follow the intruction ther...
choose usb option......after that reboot the pc.....its works.....tested...

There is one simple solution to avoid these controversies. Since the
time this group is formed I have always discouraged name calling. Every

to the group as a whole e.g. Dear, Dear friends etc. (This should be
followed
not as a rule but in true
spirit). Only in those cases where you are replying
to somebody's individual query that is general in nature and may be
helpful for
others also, then only the mail can be addressed to individuals by
name. And if
you are having some difference of opinions and wanted to clear the
misunderstandings, then you can do so to their individual mail ids also.(
but I would advice you, better keep silent than to hurt someone's feelings, who
may be sitting 1000 Kms away and you may not be able to meet him in your whole
life).
Anyway you all are sensible persons to keep away from such petty differences. And
at this point of time when we are so close to the first LDCE to be declared in
few months' time these types of incidents seems quite out of place. Everyone
should concentrate on the LDCE (personally & collectively) .
About the root cause of the problem
In the news item on BSNLEU's website that -MAJOR achievements in wage
negotiation- , some objected to the word MAJOR.
If someone failed in exam six
time and on 7th attempt he passed with just pass marks, you can say
that he
could have topped the university, but for him mere pass marks are
achievement
(MAJOR). The news item that appeared on there website is an eyewash for
their
members, obvoiusly not meant for educated people like TTAs. Not all of
BSNLEU members are aware of the facts like TTAs do. BSNLEU
gave them a reason to smile.
(The only thing lacking here is that SNATTA
website should not have copy pasted/linked to the same item, instead what
SNATTAians wanted to know, is the details of the meeting from their representative' s
view point, just like Vikas was giving earlier. It gives a sense that their
representative is active in the meeting. Also engineers never cared about the result;
they are only interested about the processes. If the process/effort is there
then result doesn't matter). I would be grateful if the GS, plaese take not of this.
Further how does it matter to us ? All along we knew this thing is coming our
way. so it came. However late it comes doesn't matter much coz arrears will be
paid and mostly what we loose is perks and allowances. But since HRA was issued
from FEBRUARY and CCA, Diet allowance stopped from AUG there is nothing much to
regret also.
About blaming BSNLEU/Namboodri for dragging the issue too long: As far as I
know he was not dragging the issue just for fun. Early settlement has its own
negatives. Bright example is before you all. BSNL is the first PSU that implemented 2nd PRC
recommendations 4 executives by granting 68.8% DA neutralization. After that
all other PSUs followed with 78.2% (orders issued after implementation in
BSNL). Although DA neutralization is common for all and is a right of every
employee, BSNL is not in a position to implement it mainly due to increasing
workload and also financial constraints. Had they waited for few weeks 78.2 %
could have been granted (an increase of around Rs1500/- in basic pay)
In case of non-executives except Coal India , all other PSUs are adopting
a wait & watch policy and BSNLEU was doing just that. BSNL has the biggest
workforce among all PSUs and Namboodri was carrying the aspirations of 250000
employees. so he has enough pressure on him to settle it as soon as possible,
otherwise given a chance, I am sure he would have liked to drag it further on
one pretext or another.
Anyway whatever be it, it is done, let the accounts people calculate
the
arrears and SNATTAians please refrain from mud slinging ( believe me it
has gone to such lower levels that someone even directly challenged the
President, SNATTA in one of his mails),
Please concentrate on
huge LDCE syllabus that is starring on your eyes.

It is very difficult to understand AIGETOA the way they are thinking for themselves are they think same for TTA who are approximately equally qualified ,only difference is that they have not passed DR-JTO . AIGETOA demands every thing due for it what it think is their right whereas they oppose every and all due demands made by TTA . Even they oppose all promotions to TTA . AIGETOA has simple reason that non-executives can not be given promotions as the executives. The actual thinking of AIGETOA is that a non -executive(TTA) should get promotion in the last 2/4 years in his career.This they have told many a times to the management .Even last time when they went on strike they met mgmt/CMD and they opposed our promotion. I have talked to many AIGETOA members and have known there view on DR-TTA/non-executive . The fear is that if TTA are promoted then who will work (SDO in some cases JTO is telling I can not work).The other fear ,
they think they will loose their berth. Therefore friend please beware of AIGETOA. If ITS are merged in BSNL then only NON-EXECUTIVE/TTA will be their next target.

Every Time you think of a number between 1 & 10 and multiplied by 9 you will get two digit number(except 1 x 9 = 9) and adding both you will always get 9 eg 1 x 9 = 09 (0 + 9 = 9)2 x 9 = 18 (1 + 8 = 9)3 x 9 = 27 (2 + 7 = 9)4 x 9 = 36 (3 + 6 = 9)5 x 9 = 45 (4 + 5 = 9)6 x 9 = 54 (5 + 4 = 9)7 x 9 = 63 (6 + 3 = 9)8 x 9 = 72 (7 + 2 = 9)9 x 9 = 81 (8 + 1 = 9)10 x 9 = 90 (9 + 0 = 9) And then subtracting 5 you will get 4

Denmark is a big shame
The sea is stained in red and in the mean while its not because of the climate effects of nature.
It's because of the cruelty that the human beings (civilised human) kill hundreds of the famous and intelligent Calderon dolphins.
This happens every year in Feroe iland in Denmark . In this slaughter the main participants are young teens.
WHY?
To show that they are adults and mature.... BULLLLsh
In this big celebration, nothing is missing for the fun. Everyone is participating in one way or the other, killing or looking at the cruelty "supporting like a spectator"
Is it necessary to mention that the dolphin calderon, like all the other species of dolphins, it's near instinction and they get near men to play and interact. In a way of PURE friendship
They don't die instantly; they are cut 1, 2 or 3 times with thick hocks. And at that time the dolphins produce a grim extremely compatible with the cry of a new born child.
But he suffers and there's no compassion till this sweet being slowly dies in its own blood
Its enough!

hi nice to see yr mail., here i am not critisize vikas jee or any body...
i have put my view that we must well come some thing most awaited ...(6 pay cammission.,7 yr relaxation of LDCE ,and declare of syllabus of JTO exam...many thing we have to do more ..)
but you know dear when you are part of any reconise union...(not only BSNLEEU any ...,)
when and where there is a chanse to solve a problem of any DR TTA..we have to work with it...i must say ,,,this is also very well said by our Beloved founder GS Dhiraj.at BOPAL and many metting .that we have work them only them BSNL magmt...listen us...and
also well mail by our formar president...chandanjee.and .sheeraz Qureshi.on this issue...
