Even i agree with our CC/CS, that this is not the right time to exit the alliance with BSNLEU. We have to wait atleast till next elections. We have to retain our representation in wage revision.
NFTE is very keen to have alliance with us.
On the stike day we can take CL, and support the strike on 18, since it is for our own.
When we approched NFTE in the past regarding wage revision in 2002/2003, they too gave similar statement that TTA are getting much better salaries than that Sr.TOA and it is that Sr.TOA should get the highest pay scale.Regarding WAGE REVISION IT IS SAME WITH ANY UNION AS THEY ARE WORRIED ABOUT THE VOTE BANK, NOT THE WORKFORCE or QAULIFICATION.
When the mutual agreement between BSNLEU and SNATTA is breached, none of our condition was executed.The same can be expected from other UNIONs also.
For time being we should support AIGETOA in their stike and show the mass.
It is safe to be BSNLEU, carry on with the court case and take the revenage in future by quitting BSNLEU and joining other
union, this is for sure they will get unrest.
