Dear friends,
First let me congratulate dharmen for taking over charge of GS,SNATTA and also the newly elected treasurer.
A get to gether of TTAs was organised by me on 12/07/09.O total strength of 52 TTAs including our old departmental TTAs and excluding officiating JTOss, only 23 TTAs were present. Some of the TTAs could not attend the get to gether due to their personal reasons.Some of our friends were misguided by the DS,BSNLEU of this SSA, as if it was another union and they would get in troubles.Hence I take this oppurtunity to say that we should never be bound to any union, instead let us be united and support the union which is serious about our future.All the TTAs present wished each other and expressed their thoughts and future course of action.we have managed to collect funds and Rs.2600(i.e 52*50per annum) was deposited in the snatta account.i.e 204010100060738 of Axis bank.
Management view on our future is disclosed by the RR of JTO(TF). Recently the RR of JTO(telecom factory) were also changed i.e 50% direct recruitment and 50% through LICE.with eligibility of diploma/b.tech and 10 yrs of service. This was put in BSNLEU website as if it was their achievement and there was no comments on that either by com namboodri or by com Abhimanyu. This shows the wicked face of BSNLEU. Hence I request our CHQ to put abundent pressure on BSNLEU and try to take up the case to the management directly by SNATTA
