[TTABSNL] BE SERIOUS THINK IT

 

Dear friends

                        Let us talk about our pay revision it will be applicable from Jan 2007 as per commission. Till now there is total loss of 27 months Perks and HRA because there is no arrear of HRA and Perks.

                                    Anyway after struggle management issue orders for advance as 6 basics (4 basics + 4 DP's).Now also management agreed for 10% HRA from Feb 2009. But there will be no Arrear of HRA and Perks from Jan 2007.the decision of management on HRA is applicable on pre revised scales.

        It is not clear in which month pay will be revised. As per same fitment formula applicable for executives, TTA's of 2001 batch will hire nr. About 20000 as basic. Pay now calculate

                                                10% HRA = 2000.

                                                Pre revised HRA @ 10%=1300.

so now we are going towards loss of 700 per month in HRA.                                

 

                                    Now also calculate about perks Trs =  200.

                                                                                        Diet=225,

                                                                                 Rural all=100

                                                                                          i.e =525.

Now as per new scales this will also increased up to      Rs = 1000 appx..

Calculate total loss per TTA                                                    = 500 appx at perks

  

So total loss                                                             700+500=1200 per month

Now calculate figures

Total C & D class workers = 290000 appx.

Total loss of non executives =1000* 290000 = 290000000 (1000 at the place of 1200)

                                                                        = 29 crore/month

 

Now this amount counts as Workers Loss or Management Benefit = 29 crore

 

Now please tell me the management delay pay revision as per covering our 6 months Advance Recovery

                        Or

Recovery of BSNL defaulters from our pockets

                        Or

Our leaders are included in this process and taking commission for delay of revision.

 

Why we are not accepting formula still a time as per executive 78.2% + 30% for 10 years fitment period. After this continue fight for our present goal. After all our HRA and perks loss will not continue. Even if union accepts 4 months basic and then continue fight for next 4 DP's then why not this..

            In present hold management settle a committee for pay revision. But there in no clearance of committee will reported in which period. As leaders show meetings are continue with management for revision of scales. As the months completed our pockets will be picked by management.

 

Now there is also one question arise on leaders that the delay is due to sharing of leaders and management Pockets.

 

                                                Mostly our workers are attached with internet. Now in this regards kindly clear all the picture of management meetings on internet by updating site continuously. Specially for TTAs.

 

                                                Other main issue

           

                                    Now the other main issue is of departmental test for TTA to JTO. Management says 10 year, Union says 5 yrs. TTAs already completed 7 yrs. Then why fight for 5 yrs. Be regular time pass for fight 3 yrs. It will automatically completed 10 yr. period and TTAs will eligible for test. Then what will be the Union role in this regard (only aashwashon). Please force the Union for issue the Orders of Test under 7 yrs completion and regular fight for 5 yr periodicity of test so that TTAs of 2001 starting batch take benefit. If the period be reduced to 5 yr after 10 yrs struggle then it will be loss of TTA of 2001 starting batch i.e. nr. About of two Promotional Tests..                              

                                   

                                                Sorry for anybody hurt.

 

Now what is New

                              That is Designation change. Why our leaders diverting our motive from pay revision and departmental tests from TTA to JTO. Only meeting and next meeting and……. next meeting about designation change and wasting our time and money. Don't play like kids. Don't Serve Lollypop to TTA.Kindly go through major demand about pay scales and tests of TTA to JTO cadre except Designation Change. After Test clearance Designations will automatically changed. So kindly put pressure on management for Tests. Seven yrs. Already passed and more three yrs. Spent for designation change and other light demands then we will be elligable for test as per management for 10 yrs exam. Fight and do some major work.

                   

                         If think about above all factors it is going to be creating doubt about our leaders negative image and fraud attitude about workers. There may be some fraud like bargaining with management.

                                     So leader sahib do something about our future
