what sanjay said is 100% true and important to us.

indefinate strike with BSNLEU will not be solution for our demands. they(EU) will not fight for us. only they will fight for pensioners. because then only VAN will benefit and all the people who will go to get pension will benefit.

there is no action regarding reducing of service condition so far. our leaders had demand them to include the demand of service condition in the strike demand on 19,20 strike. but they didn't.

atleast now our leaders pressure them to include our demand for next strike.

3. RESERVATION IN OUTSIDER COMPTITIVE EXAM FOR BSNL STAFF.

4. DESIGNATION CHANGE FROM TTA.

5. DIFFERENT PROMOTION POLICY TO THE DIRECT RECRUITEE.

6. JUST LIKE EXECUTIVES SUPPORT FOR EXTERNAL ADDITINAL EDUCATION.

7.IF ANY OTHER DEMANDS IF REMAINS

DON'T FIGHT IN BETWEEN US AS DIPLOMA ENGG,DEGREE ENGG.

WE ARE IN ONLY ONE SHIP, FIGHT FOR RIGHT.

IF REQUIRED WE WILL GO ON HUNGER STRIKE ALSO.

PLEASE TRY TO TAKE STRONG ACTION.
