All D.S.s of Gujarat,

We are planning a Circle Conference on 6th Sept. 2009 at Ahmedabad. This time we are planning Circle Conference, so there will be delegates from all SSAs. The ratio of delegates from SSA will be 10:1. It means if there are 35 mmbers in any district, they may take 3 delegates + Dist. Secretary + Dist. President = 5 Members ( Maximum ) in the conference. They will have to pay delegate fees Rs. 100 per delegate.

Come in maximum possible strenth.
