Dear Gireesh,
We are just around 10000 among the 3 lakh employees. The lack of number is our main blocking factor. If the same people again divides into old and new, B.Tech and Diploma Soth and North etc. then we cannot achieve anything. The delay in formation of SNATTA was due to the indifference between B.Techs & Diplomas.Don't try to go kick our association years back. Immature thought brings failure only. There is no logic in demanding blindly. We should have some solid proof. As per the DPE guide lines we can demand for five year service condition only. But citing the management trainee RR we can demand 4 year in future. We failed to get even 7 years.Then how it is possible to get two or zero service condition

Do you mean that SNATTA should stand in favour of 2001 batch TTAs only. Who else will speek for others from 2002 to 2008.  SNATTA should try its best to reduce the service condition for departmental JTO exam as follows.
 
1) Five Years Experience as TTA in BSNL
 
OR
 
2)Two Years Experience as TTA in BSNL with B.Tech or AMIE
