Yes you are absolutely correct on that time you take bold decision wheather you want to
 
participate in strike or not, no one can stop you? no one can punish you, here after take
 
your own decision, dont bind or afraid with union peoples.

HI,
        I am sorry to say that. But some of the places where the majority union is compulling the newly recruited TTA who are selected in 2008 to participate in the strike. They are on probotionary period how they can pariticipate in the strike. Once they pariticipate in the strike then it will affect their confirmation. They have told to union that we are  in probortional period but they have not agree. By influence with administraion they made it absent for all TTA whether they participate or not.
 
                 what the recognised union doing? Think it. They are not against the union. They are all part of the BSNLEU.

Dear Girish and Venkatesh,
Just control your emotions. How intelligent persons like us do not understand the position of ourselves ?
Don't judge BSNLEU by its contribution towards BSNL or Retirees or Casual labours. We are not for that. We are only with them for ourselves. Its the Recognised Union till next year. We have to be with them and have our work done.
Don't discuss something which is meaningless and spoling the GROUP of TTAs. Please do care of the thing that we all are LEADERS ourselves. Every word of ours effect all. Please think before posting something... .

          Yes, You are absolutely correct. Just they are fighting for the retirees and BSNL Absorbed employees not for the direct recruitment TTAs. They wanted enjoy in the future with all pensioneris benefit. This two days strike also not giving that much benefit for all the Dr.TTAs

This is the headline of BSNLEU's Site in the eve of strike. How can they put such a heading ??? 

Me also looking for better wage revision and other allowances, and  willing to discharge the duties more efficiently for the progress of BSNL in this competitive scenario. The work culture and service performance of BSNL can be improved ten times if BSNLEU demands its members for the same. But they are playing the role of a "Big Brother".  They are doing nothing for the prosperous of our company. They demands more and more for the retirees.. Most of the TMs in outdoor are not willing to do their duties, bcz of their power in BSNLEU. Who can stop all these ????



Two days of strike may cause many of our customers to think to run away from BSNL. We should have to find some other methods to get our demands. Otherwise after achieving our demands our company should not have enough revenue to issue Salary for its employees..


I feel SNATTA should not to support BSNLEU in coming election. We the SNATTA members should have the aim to bring the company to No 1 in India....
