Login at data.bsnl.in with ur admin userid and password. after log in click on ur right 'helpdesk'. the Remedy 6.3 login page should open. again just give ur admin login id only. click on login. you will be told that invalid user id or password. again go back to login page, and give ur admin login id only. this time u will get access, provided ur allowed by BBMPNOC. click on 'helpDesk case' .
