practically I have observed that speed is better in BB compare to lease line and also the other thing is that lease line required a good condition of line(may be 2 w or 4w) where in BB some errors in line are allowed and BB is economic than lease line but only main thing is that BB has higher down time where in lease line max down time is due to only line,if BSNL reduce down time in BB it is cheapest and speedy service as compare to Lease line .

256 Kbps= 34.5KBps

i know 1 byte (B)= 8 bits (b)
so 256 kbps should be 32 KBps....???
