thx for ur appreciation and support i heard same thing from my some friends that ur double century may send us in trouble because their bosses also forces them to do that. friends my suggestion all of u too pressurize wit ur work and demands to ur boss instead of they target you.For example i damanded a Flexi and CTOP UP for activation of SIMs directly to GM also send sms they will issue me in two days. Now latest i have write for a immidiately and emergency requirement of laptop just they issued a order i have come to know i have a laptop net week. dear when we put efforts and demand results automatically came. Behind every success ur mangement must be Gud I made programms on my behalf with my experience i got till date plus point is that i go eperience in every field of BSNL either Indoor. Outdoor, WLL ,Broadband, CSC, commercial section etc thats why no body made me fool either he is officer or and lineman.I made programmes and SDE and DE will follow
me because they know i give him full progress even they dont know whats the programme. what they support me fully.tell ue bosses can they do this.MY DE give me a office with PC and internet connection shared with him. DGM of my area when i talk to him always fulfill my demand. Dear what i feel all we want we JTO early as well as possible but reply my first point as a president i ask eveyone in Hoshiarpur that can we perfect TTAs ? because no doubt every body giving their best job efforts with their late hours work what when i ask him to talk with ur BUDE or wtite them about ur problem they affraid this is the problem of us .GM is very far way our friends have no guts to talk with DE of area. I work and SMS and talk freely with GM, DGM. tell me how many from us doing that inspite of very hardworking jobs.
So friends with my work my officer now in pressure KAHI ISSE KUCH HO NAA JAYE TENSION SE. dear give then tension not take tension this is my reuest to all.what i did either in 234 or simply 34 nobody in Hoshiarpur that wants clarification or presurize me to do again beause friends our efforts should be clear to higher officers. What i found in the field that TTAs working and got gud results but credits take their SDEs beacuse they send SMS to GM. STOP this come in Picture write them for ur demands and requirements if they dont bothered then bypass thenm as i did and i write directly only copied to him. Friends PROJECTS ARE LIKE A WAR WE HAVE TO PUT EFFORTS SAME FORM OFFICERS ALSO THOSE OFFICERS NOT SUPPORTING YOU ASK THEM TO FIRST SEE A MOVIE THE BURNING TRAIN. IN PROJECTS EVERY PERSONS ARE EQUAL WHETHER THEY ARE TTA, JTO, DE ETC.SO FRIENDS I MEAN TO SAY TTAS HAVE MANY POWERS JUST SHOW UR GUTS TO GOT THEM WE WANT ONE MOBILE CONNECTION I HAVE NOW THREE
ONE FLEXI, CTOPUP, AND ONE WLL.AND A LAPTOP ALSO WITHIN TWO DAYS

there r 2 ways of evaluating pritpal's case.
number one: the m,ment may think that if the ttas r working beyond the call of duty with such a zeal, it means they r absolutely happy with their employers and the working environment and they need not be given anything extra. appreciation sms or e mail not withstanding.
number two it is a job well done. but the problem here is that our bosses start quoting these things saying that if he can do it why cann't u. then the trouble starts because X and y may not be able to devote same amount of time for these things.
but personally i must appreciate pp's endeavour. it's a job well done. keep it up.

hi
i wish to know that some times ago when whole sole activity of the group is diverted to the one "man" and we can see that what happen now... getting less updates .....from friends ....when they need much attainable... now after this ....in a chain process snatta.org is going on the same way....
this is quite ridiculous.
this is our own made platform and of course for us.
so i request all the responsible person in this scenario , please do the needful.
