Dear Friends...
BSNL may face EPF ghotaala....
Please tally the amounts in Form-16 and the EPF statements for the all previous Years.. ...both of these documents are certified documents from the respective heads i.e. Form 16 is from AO (CASH) BSNL whilest EPF statement is from Assistant director EPFO...The similar Fraudulent like case is pointed out by one of our friend from Maharashtra Circle where the Year of induction for the EPF subscription (as told by the EPFO is 2006) though BSNL is deducting the EPF subscription from his salary from years much before 2006.
I have a difference of amount in three figures...in mine Form-16 & EPF statement...
Please Please raise a timely Alarming Alarm if u also facing similar differences...

1st
year students of MBBS were attending their 1st anatomy class.
They
all gathered around the surgery table with a real dead dog.
The
Professor started class by telling two important qualities as a Doctor.
The 1st
is that NEVER BE DISGUSTED FOR ANYTHING ABOUT BODY,
e.g. He
inserted his finger in dog's mouth & on drawing back tasted it in his own
mouth.
Then he
said them to do the same.
The
students hesitated for several minutes.
But
eventually everyone inserted their fingers in dog's mouth & then tasted it.
When
everyone finished, the Professor looked at them and said:
The
most important 2nd quality is OBSERVATION, I inserted my Middle finger but
tasted the Index finger.
Now
learn to pay attention.
Moral:
Life is tough but it's a lot
tougher when you are not paying attention

S/W 2_2_1_9 - Some
important Do's & Don't's
1. Regular Disk Cleaning : With the introduction of new strategy for CDR files(ncbr & tgbr) dumping in IOP & putting all SUBs
on Local Blg as required for CDR based
billing system in BSNL network, disk space will be consumed faster as compared
to earlier releases. So regular disk cleaning becomes a must activity in all the C-DOT exchanges
having S/W 2219 .For this following should be done :
Every fortnight ( 1st & 16th of each month ) following File Groups should be deleted
after taking back-up by 'copy-out' command:-
a) <del-fgp-file
: , bc { From date-> To date}; ---- After taking back-up
b) <del-fgp-file :, tg { From date ->
To date}; ---- After taking back-up
* Note: Keep maximum 2 months BC & TG data in the IOP disk.
c) <del-fgp-file : , tf { From date ->
To date}; ---- Take backup if required
* Note: Keep maximum 15 days TF data in the IOP disk.
d) <del-fgp-file : , ioh; ---- No back-up required
e) Run utility 'cre-space' after verifying DISPL-OOD-LOG if required,as this
will null all
the files of oodlogDD in $TOOLP directory.
2. ED & BD Backups : Take daily backups of ED & BD as per normal maintenace activity. Also preserve one weekly backup for ED
.
3. Watch on Error
messages on IOP Console : Do not overlook any abnormal error
messages coming on IOP console terminal whether coming of its own or during any data creation/modification. At such times
,it is better to bring SBY IOP to
warm-start & keep all the previous days ED backups safe. Do not take back-up on previous days backup cartridges until some action has been taken to clear the error messages.
Always contact C-DOT Control room
for this.
4. Re-setting the
IOP : Never press reset switch of IOP,before bringing it to Cold-start level. In case Console Terminal is not accepting any command
, shift cable to SIO-2 / SIO-4 port
.Login into admn & give <init-iop:2,1; & <init-iop:1,1; from this
terminal.IOP will start going to cold-start but no messages will be shown.
Shift the cable to Console & if
console-login appears, login into root account .Give #init 2 to bring IOP to warm-start.In
case console-login does not appear,then hard reset will be required.Wait for 10 minutes &
then press 'abort' switch first & then 'reset' switch.Boot IOP by 'bo' command to bring it to warm-start level.
5. Aborting of data creation / modification
command: Do not abort any data creation / modification command by 'ctrl & \' . This will corrupt many ED files involved in the process .Always wait for the command to get timed out .
