you really proved a saying that SINGH is KING. ;-)
we always believe in your abilities. this cadre TTA can deliver maximum
growth to BSNL.
if maximum TTAs become JTO then we can participate in this race. This is
mutually benefit for both of us (Mgmt and TTAs)
you see nowadays eligible TTAs (some of them) have brought shame to our
association by not contributing to SNATTA CHQ Funds for Court case. They
have created a rift in between us. Some of them openly accusing Manish
Samadhiya for all the fuss. Its wrong pointing all fingers to anyone.i am
confused that why they cant understand that with some efforts we (large
chunk of Ineligible TTAs) could sit in this JTO LICE exam. Only thing we
need to pursue is PATIENCE.
anyway...
we are proud to have a TTA like you in our Region.
we wish more progress to you.

EXAM. ON REGULAR BASIS

QULIFICATION SHULD
NOT BE RELIXED IN ANY CASE.
3.
THERE IS NO WAY TO HAVING TWO QUATA FOR 15% AND 35%.
4.
BOTH QUATA BE MURGED AND THEN CONDUCT THE
EXAM.
5.
ONLY MARK OF TEST BE
THE CRITERIA FOR SUCCESS IN EXAM NOT CADRE.
6.
IF IT MAY BE DONE
SURILY WE GET BENIFITED IN COMING EXAM. BECAUSE IN PAST IT IS HAPPEN THAT
MERIUT GOES DOWN FOR 15% QUATA UPTO ZERO MARK AND Sr TOA BECOME JTOs AND TTA
WHO GET 38% MARKS ARE FAILD IN PRIVIOUS EXAM.

a grand meeting with DR-TTA's of West Bengal circle took place on 21st feb 2010 at VICTORIA GARDEN. it was really very meaningfull towards organize all new TTA's rectd. after 2007.
they assured us that they will put us 100% support with any action taken by DR-TTA's of Calcutta Telephones District (CTD).
frndz it is very crucial time for all of us new recriuted DR TTA. we should at first sort about our goals.
here we find that our primary & most important goal is rectifing the wage-revision...NOT FORMING ANY NEW ORGANISATION.....IT IS OUR SECONDARY GOAL........
for this we should get together towards our goal ........
we should not get devide by just the banner either it is SNATTA or BSNLEU or NFTE or FNTO or any other............
all newly recruited TTA's either he/she belongs to any association/union //////are sufferer.....so we have to fight for us. NO ANY ABOVE MENTIONED ORGANISATION WILL HELP YOU UNTILL YOU START TO FIGHT FOR YOURSELF......

We donn't know when you guys conducted meeting at bharatpur , whether it was SDCA Level or SSA Level or Circle Level(Certainly NOT), and decided on behalf of rajasthan tta that eneligible TTAs will not take legal help, first of all i want clear that you guys decided only for yourself , it is not participative decision so there is no binding all rajasthan TTAs and you guys are requested ,not to send such email on behalf of Rajasthan TTA until you are authorised.
Everyday day we are getting similar emails ,DON'T DO COURT CASE , DONT DO COURT CASE and Lessons of sacrifices with example is given everyday like Be Lord Shiva... etc, why we pray to born SAHEED BHAGAT SINGH, SUKHDEV, NETA JI SUBHASH BOSE etc in others families not in our family , why , why .... ?? any one can do scarifice for anyperson , WHY NOT all eligible candidates can withdraw from JTO lice, what will happen.... can management conduct exam ? , NO , then it will be senseless.
Inspite of these why you eligible guys expecting sacrifices from non eligible , do sacrifice first then expect from others.
Let all should withdraw from examination for our ALL NON ELIGIBLE SNATTIANS... .
HOW MANY ARE READY FROM ELIGIBLE SIDE ......
GUYS CONCENTRATE ON STUDY , TRY HARD FOR GOOD RANK RATHER THAN ABOUT EXAM .... GOD KNOWS WHAT WILL HAPPEN , LIFE IF FULL OF UNCERTAINTIES.

dear all snattaians, court case should not file, as this will lengthen the procedure for becomming departmental jto. All the rajasthan ttas not ready to participate the fund for court case. so, dear manish not to make selfish because group president should not be selfish. He should think better for all. i agree with bhabani go with SNATTA. SNATTA Chq decided in CEC meeting in
Delhi for Court Case so pls support the Court Case being filed by SNATTA
Association for the benefit of Maximum of us.
dont file individual cases, let the SNATTA CHQ or Circle Body to file a case
for Ineligible.
Pls donate 50 RS to the Funds required by SNATTA CHQ for Court case. we in
chandigarh (some of us) has already deposited 50 Rs to our Distt. Secretry.
i request every one to do so. this Exam will happen and maximum of us will
enjoy its benefit.
if evryone files case then this exam wil happen in 2-3 years. so stand up
and support the cause which is fruitful for our Association.

its requested to evrybody to contributed 50 Rs. to the SNATT CHQ Funds for
the Court Case.
a centralised case could be filed and outcome will be quick else there would
be unnecessary delay in JTO LICE Exam as each Court Case demands a separate
hearing and some one can put stay on exam in CAT.
Dt 20.02.2010.*Chhatishgarh circle has filed a court case in the Hon. CAT,
Jabalpur on 18.02.2010. Consequently Hon. CAT provisionally allowed the
petitioners to fill the application form from their circle. *Now Madhya
Pradesh circle has also finalized to file the case from their circle as soon
it is notified.* Legal committee has already asked for the urgent action on
regard to the court case from CHQ and the *required fund was to be deposited
in the CHQ A/C till 17.02.2010*. It is once again reminded to the Circles to
urgently contact legal committee and intimate their course of action whether
the *court case is required to be filed from CHQ or not* because only
Maharastra Circle has paid its share of fund.
