what a management in bsnl.
in this competitive time when pvt companies are providing all facility,better environment to thier employ to get best performance, our management dose not want to give a small,tiny thing 2 year relaxation{ NOTE-only relaxation to appear in exam not demanding make us jto} while we are almost at the line of 7 years.
we all are too much upset&disappointed.management do't understand a simple thing that now we can not work hole heartly till next exam.and no body can grant when it will be next since company's structer is about to change in next few months and we have seen already namboderi's power. so dear friends make last attempt ,make pressure our ncm members in ncm meeting to demand only allow us to appear in exam by any way.
man is known in hard time.manish samadia,our president, our real hero have done a splendid,great work in last months.so this is our duty to salute,greet him.NARAYAN RAI GHAZIPUR,UPEAST 9451343700

THIS IS A VERY CRUCIAL TIME FOR ALL OF US. IF THIS TIME WE BY CHANCE DON'T SUCCEED IN THE LDCE THAN ITS FAR AND FAR TOUGH TO START THE PROCESS AGAIN AND THIS RESULTS THAT OUR CADRE IS REMAIN AS TTA.SO FRIENDS BE UNITED AS WE CANT DO NOTHING AS ALONE EXCEPT HARM OURSELVES.HAVE A GOOD DAY

I got selection in JTO-2007 as deptl outsider. I have to shift my family from north to south india.I got salary during training. As per circle order Pay and allowances has to give to Deptl outsider.so shall I eligible for TA/TP for transfer in service intrest.

Everybody in the Executive body must reach Delhi in time and discuss all
possibilities regards to eligibility of 5 year in the interest of the TTA
Cadre.
*I must say that if we able to get the 5 year relaxation now
then it will a MILESTONE in the HISTORY of SNATTA.* TTAs will be ever
grateful to BSNLEU if they support us in this issue. Otherwise SNATTA
should leave the UNITED FORUM ALLIANCE on moral grounds.
Try your Life's Best because it will give benefits to the generations to
come. Once BSNL mgmt conducts exams with 5 year eligibility (or 2 year
relaxation) then it will be a routine affair and *NEW Dr. TTAs will be most
benefited as we have already spent 2-3 years extra then this
relaxation.*They will not bother about the Wage-Revision even. Once a
TTA becomes JTO,
his/her miseries ends there. All TTAs crave for Promotion and it will be the
best Gift we can give to our youngsters.
