If TTA+BE can appear for internal QUOTA at any time and 10/07 year is only for TTA+DIPLOMA as suggested by you then what will happen you know. TTA+DIPLOMA will ask to ban other than DIPLOMA in TTA cadre as TTA cadre is above all DIPLOMA cadre( solely for which LICE vacancy is created) . You may be knowing other than DIPLOMA is already banned in DRDO/ISRO etc where minimum qualification DIPLOMA is required. Even those who are in the final year B Tech/BE ARE NOT ALLOWED to appear .Therefor please don't do that which may BACK FIRE.

Hello SSS,
First of all I insist that all member should write their name,place and contact no with their mails.
Now coming to your point. I should clarify one thing that we all are TTAs now ( not B.E. and Diploma ). In any Department or Company, when a Recruitment is done there always be a minimum qualification criteria. The Post of TTA is DIPLOMA. If you have a higher education it doesn't mean you are some special. There are some examples that the person with higher qualification may get benefits in promotion, but in BSNL it is not easy ( approx. impossible ).
Your view is fine. It should be there but We have fought for 7 years much. You may ask any of Circle or National Leaders, how this is achieved ? It might be that our next aim will be waht you are saying. It might be in your hand too. If all TTAs of Batch 2002 become JTO, then Association will be handled by You people only. Let's see how you all are worktogether and get some results in favour of TTAs. Fight will be continued, Fighters may change.
I appreciate your thinkings but We should think PRACTICALLY. There is big difference in Talking in Yahoo Group and Getting something done. We have experienced the thing.

Your mail doesnot deserves a reply,because you yourself seem to be confused as what you are saying and what actually you mean by this.But anyway some of our friends have actually taken pain to reply.
This idea may be brewing in many minds but they should come forward with proper justification in support of their demand instead of hiding identity.
Coming to the issue you said"IF BE/B TECH. TTA,s CAN GIVE JTO OUTSIDER EXAM "I would just say that You dont need to be TTA at all to appear for the outsider JTO exams.Nearly 8,00,000 candidates appeared for the exam ,all were BE/BTech but very few of them were TTA.So the point is You can appear for JTO outsider anytime,or any other exams befitting your qualification in any company,organisation if you are BE.But as you have joined as TTA for which the minm qualification was Diploma,yours(BE+TTA) promotional avenues also has to be similar as other TTAs(Diploma).
Probably you mean that If a diploma holder gets a chance to get promoted after 7 years then a Degree holder should get promotion earlier.Dont you think that what you are saying sounds like demanding "back door entry to JTO".You could not qualify in open quota,thats why you are still a TTA,otherwise you got at least three chances to compete if you joined in 2002.This is truth and bitter truth but fact.I am also a bachelor of computer science and engg and I appeared for JTO outsider but could not qualify and got just 40.25 marks
Any way If you want to approach court,carry on, if you have money to spare for this case which would not be admitted at all,beacuse only few months back Supreme Court had upheld the Allahabad High Court Judgement according to which diploma holders and Degree holders as equal for promotion.

the degree holders that such a treatment amounts to violation of
Article 14 of the Constitution.
The degree holders
argued that the Article is violated not only by treating "equals as
unequals", but also by treating "unequals as equals."

for the authorities to decide whether the degree holders and diploma
holders should be treated at par or not for the purpose of promotion
from the post of junior engineer to the post of Assistant Engineer,"
the bench observed while dismissing the special leave petition(SLP)
filed by Dilip Kumar Garg and others.
Garg and the other
degree holders had challenged the validity of Rule 5 (ii) of the UP
Public Works Department Group-B Civil Engineering Rules 2004.

From which street you are coming? You don't have any name, location or phone number! You don't have even a gender! shame!
Your mail created another doubt in my mind. If any BE/B.Tech in India can write JTO outside exam(I think this time around 6 lakh people attended) why these 6 lakh people can't write JTO internal exam if BE/B.Tech is the only criteria?
Qualification always gets some priority every where. That's why diploma holders are doing AMIE. Our CHQ is trying for a 10% reservation for the internal candidates in the outside quota. But TTA is basically a diploma cadre. It is just not an easy short cut to JTO for the people like you who failed in the outside exam. You were appointed as a TTA to do some work in that cadre for some time and not for simply crowning you as a JTO.
I think you are a very crooked personality. We never heard your sound when we were fighting for our rights. You tried your best to get the outside JTO selection. After failing in it miserably you are trying some other short cuts now. For that too you don't have the guts to do anything. With a fake id you are desperately trying to make the other 2007/2008 batch probationary TTAs to go to the court for this hopeless idea. You are dreaming that those probationary TTAs will jump into the danger activities for you. I am 100% sure that for any objective- for internal JTO exam or any other genuine right- you will never participate in any court case. A gender less person will not even raise a single finger for a common goal.
At least leave one day proudly instead of living 100 years without any identity.

My dear friends,
TTA+BE should be allowed to appear for internal QUOTA at any time either 2007/2008, I know the minimum quallification for a TTA is Diploma. What if one has higher qualification with minimum qualification requirement also, If one is Diploma+ B.tech(Regular) or Diploma+AMIE he should be allowed, Reward should be given to everyone who deserves.

YES I AGREE REWARDS SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THEM WHO DESERVE BUT AT THE SAME TIME I DON'T AGREE THAT IT SHOULD BE GIVEN ON THE COST OF THE OTHERS. BE CAUSE TTA IS NOT A GRADUATE ENTRY CADRE .IT IS DIPLOMA CADRE THOUGH GRADUATES/ME/MTECH ARE ALLOWED WHICH AT ANY TIME MAY BE BARRED.THEREFORE I SUGGEST YOU NOT TO DIVIDE TTA (AMONG BE/BTECH VESES DIPLOMA ). IT IS ALREADY DIVIDED AS OLD-TTA AND DR-TTA .

Now I would like to recall the experience with a NRI, who had come back to India after a stay of twenty eight years abroad whose family has settled in Canada. This young man had his initial education in India, later studied in USA and became a leading Professor in the world in non-linear control systems. One day in 1985, when I was the Director, DRDL I got a letter from him stating, "Mr. Kalam, I would like to work with you during the summer holidays". His name is Prof. M. Vidyasagar. Within a week he reached India and became one of the popular teacher and important scientist in control systems in the campus. Many scientific teams and a number of academic institutions invited him to teach in their institutions. They requested him to participate in their research discussions. At the end of the summer holidays, I remember, Prof Vidyasagar entered my room and told me that he has decided to come back to India. It was a beautiful song for me. I asked
Prof. Vidyasagar what made him to take this important decision.
He said, "I have various options, I can be in Canada or USA or I can serve the country where I am born. I would like to choose the option of coming to India and contribute. I know I am going to work in a difficult environment. But happiness comes only when you meet and solve difficulties and challenges." Later, he became the Director of Centre for Artificial Intelligence and Robotics of DRDO and nurtured that establishment. He is now contributing in an innovative manner in the areas of bioinformatics, bio-suite software packages and drug discovery for TCS. I was talking to him yesterday and I asked him how he felt about his decision of coming back to India during the difficult time in 1989. He said, "I am very happy and I do not regret that decision".
You are all aware, today India is a much better place and it is ready to deal with the world in terms of equality.
