all the make folish to tta no one intrested to resolve the issue. but bsnleu as with power the realy oppose the tta issue rather than slove it.
1. time bond nepp for tta 8 year but for old it is 4 & 7 year
2. not intrested to solve pay reduction issue
3. competitive test eglesibility 7 year rather than 5 year
4. court case on ldce chalange 7 year condition.
membership fee not enough to so that bsnleu in gain position. most of the member are going to poll against bsnleu but some of them due to some local facture giving membership fee.

yes you are correct,
* No difference between TM & TTA for TA (DA) & LTC benifit
* No promotion after 2 times as per NEPP for TTAs
* No LDCE Exam for past 10 years
* Huge Difference between JTO & TTAs Basic
* No diffenence between IDA and CDA basic for TTAs ( multiplication factor is 1.1)
* BSNLEU assurance is only on papers and not in the Action.They only need our VOTES.
* Tell any one demads settled completed by BSNLU for past 6 Years in favour of DRTTAs.

1. To make all efforts to *get 30% fitment to the TTAs post 2007
batches *as early as possible.
2. There should be more sincerely efforts to be made to get *clear the
matter of Internal Exam* for promotion from TTA to JTO which is pending with
Hon.CAT at Earnakulam.
3. TTA to be *Re-designation as J.E*. in subordinate engineering cadre
4. *Discrimination in NEPP with the TTAs* as well as all Non Executives
recruited by BSNL should be amended.
5. *Degradation of TTA cadre by including it with lower Grade Pay
Non-Executives, due to which LTC/TA-DA/ Accommodation and other facilities
where status is important and the sole criteria is Grade pay in CDA. The CDA
of NE-9(TTA)/NE-10/NE-11/EA-1A is 4200 therefore TTA should be put along
with NE-10/NE-11/EA-1A, where as in new orders NE-9(TTA) is put along with
lower Grade pay ie NE-8/NE-7/NE-6/NE-5 instead of NE-10/NE-11/E1A . It
should be immediately rectified.** *
6. The *Service connection of Mobile* should be provided to the TTAs to
facilitate for fault/snag rectification in time effectively by contacting
with the controlling /superior officers for communication instantly while
working.
