We are again on the same path. We realise the need of unity now again as what was felt in 2004.
Dear friends if we nagotiate under the table with management then what will be our stand ? What will be the cut-off date then ?
Because if management is ready to take exam with existing situation then also we do not agree. So, we should be keen clear on our stand.
The Court is the worst place to get justice. We have waited for approx. 9 years for promotion. We had filed a CASE ( diversion ). We won the case and again we filed a CASE ( ineligibility ). Also OJTO has filed a CASE ( stay ). The things complecates in COURT and also it causes delay.
If STAY case solves after 2 years and then our ineligibility case solves after next 1 year then what was the need of OUR CASE ?????? all will be eligible in 2011 automatically.
We are now not united and what you are saying is the BEST idea we have ever heard. BUT now in present situations, this seems more emotional than practical because the practical situation is something different.
Think on it....

Registration Process
For using Application based Mobile Banking Service
The registration process for Mobile Banking Service consists of two
processes :
(i) Over mobile handset
(ii) At SBI ATM or at branch
Process over mobile handset
Step I Send a SMS <MBSREG> <Mobile Make> <Mobile Model> to 567676
(e.g.MBSREG
Nokia 6600). You will get a User ID, default MPIN and a link by SMS which
can be
used to download the application if you have GPRS connectivity. If you have
a
non-java mobile phone with GPRS connection, you can use the Mobile Banking
Service over WAP (explained under �WAP based Mobile Banking Service�). If
you
have a non java mobile phone without GPRS connection, you can use Mobile
Banking Service over USSD which will be introduced by the Bank shortly.
Step II If GPRS connectivity is not available, please do the following.
Download the
application on your PC by going to the website. After downloading, transfer
application to your mobile using the data cable that was received along with
the
phone. If the phone and the PC have Bluetooth facility you can transfer the
application from the PC to the handset via the Bluetooth. If these are not
feasible
you may get assistance from the branch for installing the application on
your
handset.
Step III After installation of the application, please login using the User
ID received in the
SMS. The User ID is case sensitive and has to be entered as received over
SMS.
After opening the mobile banking application, you will be prompted to change
the
MPIN. If not prompted, please select �Settings� from Main Menu and choose
�Change MPIN�. The default MPIN has to be entered in the �old MPIN� and a
new
MPIN of your choice (6 digits) in the �new MPIN� which has to be confirmed
by
entering the new MPIN once again in �Confirm new MPIN�. Send the request.
You
will receive the confirmation of change in MPIN over SMS.
THE MPIN SHOULD HAVE SIX CHARACTERS ONLY.
Process at branch or SBI ATM
After completing the above process, you can complete the registration at the
Home Branch
of your account or at the nearest SBI ATM. AT the branch, fill up the
required form which
will be entered into the system and your account will be activated next day.
At the ATM,
after swiping the Debit Card, please choose the option �Services� and then
select �Mobile
Banking�. Under Mobile Banking, choose the option to �Register�, enter your
mobile number
and re-enter the number to confirm registration. You will receive a SMS
regarding activation
of your account. You can then use all the services offered under the Mobile
Banking
Services.
For using WAP based Mobile Banking Service.
The service will be available over all mobile phones (java / non java) which
have GPRS
connectivity for GSM users or data connectivity for CDMA users.
The registration process will be the same as for application based service
i.e. in two phases
� over mobile phone followed by process at ATM/ branch. The process over
mobile phone,
though essentially same as detailed above, will be done through the Browser
of the mobile
phone. The procedure is described below:
a) Send a SMS <MBSREG> <Mobile Make> <Mobile Model> to 567676 (e.g.MBSREG

b) User ID and default MPIN will be received over SMS
c) Open the browser of the mobile phone
d) Enter the following address ;
http://mobile.prepaidsbi.com/sbiwap/
e) A screen will be displayed asking for Login id and Pin.
f) Enter the User ID and the default MPIN in the respective fields and
select �Login�.
g) The next screen will ask for WAP login id which will be received over
SMS.
h) Enter this WAP login id in the browser screen. If the mobile phone does
not facilitate
accessing the Inbox while using another screen, the user will have to exit
the
browser and then open the inbox to access the SMS having the WAP login id.
The
user will open the browser again and follow the procedure detailed above to
enter
the Login id and default MPIN. The next screen will ask for WAP Login id.
Enter the
number received over SMS and select �Send�.
i) If details entered are correct, the next screen with the Main Menu of the
Mobile
Banking Service will be displayed.
j) Change the default MPIN by selecting �Settings� from Main Menu and
choosing
�Change MPIN�. The default MPIN has to be entered in the �old MPIN� and a
new
MPIN of your choice (6 digits) in the �new MPIN� which has to be confirmed
by
entering the new MPIN once again in �Confirm new MPIN� and submit.
k) Confirmation regarding successful change in MPIN and validation will be
received
over SMS and also displayed on the screen.
l) Complete the registration process by registering at Home branch of your
account or
at SBI ATM as described above under �Process at branch or SBI ATM�
Usage of Facilities under Mobile Banking Service
For using any of the facilities of Mobile Banking Service, the user has to
follow steps from
(c) to (h) as described above. However, under step (f), the user has to
enter the User ID
and MPIN which has been changed to one of his choice. The Main Menu will be
displayed after the WAP login id is entered and submitted. The usage of the
facilities would
be same as in application based Mobile Banking Service.

Read the below article and evaluate yourself how BSNL will fall down further
in PROFITS. The Govt. is trying to incur losses to BSNL and Finally declare
BSNL as Sick Unit so that IPO comes easily. When there are no new GSM lines
added then why Govt wants to reduce call rate..?? Anybody answers.??

margin), but it seems BSNL is now raising (or should I say lowering) the bar
even further.
Another announcement made by Telecom Minister A Raja suggests that BSNL will
launch a plan which will reduce current mobile call rates to 10 paise per
minute. You can call anywhere in India for that piddly sum :). Imagine
speaking for an hour on mobile and you have to pay only 6 rupees ! I
remember the first time time I got my mobile in late 90s, I used to pay Rs.
16 per minute of mobile call !
*Rs. 500 phones and 10 paise per minute call rates � What next ? God Only
knows.*
The thing that will be interesting to watch � How will other private telecom
operators react to this? The ARPU�s are already very low, and with BSNL
announcing call rates that are at least 6 times lower � Its going to be
really really tough for these guys.

i think its a complete telecom revolution... when i study i have to w8 for
the 1100 hours at night as tarriff is i/4 after that time.. but now....its
really gr8...
i believe that by reducing the call rate has directly involve the increase
in the number on the customer but the poor BTS coverage and high congestion
, and poor call center service are the key role.
As i have told you about Banasthali , suffering from the Bad BTS problem
since 5 years.
Although Banasthali University is the famous girls destination and many BSNL
higher officer, Ministers, many dignity visits this site... i
have already written all about the in my mail.
Any way i think that BSNL should should investigate the possibility of
better customer services and supports.

Yea dear....
Nothing to worry for the reduced rates...
"Reduced rates and Numer protability" these two factors naturally give boost to BSNL...Dont be suspecious at all. Once the number portability comes, you just wait and see the magical wend of BSNL. its for sure that the subscribers will move from BSNL but they will very sure comeback within 3-4 months with increased and satisfied customers....VERY SURE....

Ya very well said my dear friend
We have to adopt the principal of " Attack is the better way of Self defence"
That means we have to attack their interests so that they will stop hurting our interests. That means we have to file case for all those options which are favourable to them but irrelevent to us . Like our friend said.
1. As was already being proved from judgement of Highcourt that diversion is completely unlawfull then why those who are already availing this benefit not to be recalled for and brought to justice.
2. As pension was completely applicable for those employees who are under central government . then why these peoples be allowed to vaila both the facilities of higher salary as per PSU and pension as per Central govt norms .
3. In this context we can file a PIL in supreme court for the betterment of BSNL .
So friends we should request and appeal to our chq leaders to take necessary steps in this regard.

If they think that PAISA SE SAB KUCH HOGAEJA then We will play the same game if they are 2000 we are 12000 in numbers. If they pay RS 5000/ each we will pay Rs 10000/ each and start the game which they want to play.

Mobiles for delivery of public services.
With the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) increasing the daily transaction amount
using mobile to Rs 50,000 there is a sudden spurt of activities in mobile
banking with some of the major banks announcing a foray in to this area.
This is part of a trend that we are observing in mobile value added services
(MVAS) that is moving away from strictly entertainment oriented towards
utility based.
Utility services can be defined as the ones that are of interest to a larger
audience and which have transactional time value. With about half of our
population subscribing to mobile services, what better way to disseminate
pubic information than using MVAS.
Indian mobile VAS industry valued at more than Rs 7,000 crore has so far
been dominated by entertainment services such as mobile music, ring back
tones (RBTs), wallpapers and plain SMS. Though services such as RBTs have
been a real success, the MVAS ecosystem players often paid little attention
to other innovative services that can be of use to a larger audience.
However, with hyper competition in the mobile services sector with voice
average revenue per user (ARPU) continuing to decline, operators cannot
afford to ignore public utility services. What are examples of such utility
services and how are they beneficial to the masses?
How useful it would be for the travellers if they are forewarned about the
closing time of Bandipur forest (in Karnataka) while one is planning to make
a journey in the evening through the thickets, instead of getting stranded
at the entrance. Would not it be good if everyone is forewarned through SMS
about the harmful effects of radiation emanating from the corona and the
needed precautions to be taken during the astounding solar eclipse which we
witnessed late January?
Though one has been getting travel alerts from the traffic police in the
metros about major procession in the city, it would be of immense use to get
alerts periodically; even better, based on the location in the city or town
one is travelling and the possible detours so that traffic bottlenecks can
be circumvented.
SMS alerts targeted at specific locations may provide better reach than the
traditional public address system to warn people of catastrophic events such
as tsunami and flash floods that are quick and devastating. In countries
such as Japan and Sri Lanka, technology known as �cell broadcast� is used to
send early alerts about earthquake and tsunami through mobiles to specific
regions of the country.
There are a host of health-related public VAS services that can be provided,
especially in the rural areas, to select target audience. SMS reminders and
alerts can be sent to registered pregnant women on next medical checkups; to
mothers of infants on next immunisation schedule; to patients on doctor�s
arrival time; to nurses for attending and monitoring school health check-up
programs in villages. For certain diseases such as tuberculosis, SMS alerts
to patients on due dates for check-ups, and to doctors on the next doses of
medicine to be administered to specific patients, will improve the efficacy
of directly observed treatments.

8. Fwd: Urgent : Regarding JTO LICE court cases filed by DR TTAs.

Hi Friends,
As various court cases are filed by DR TTA's for
eligibility of JTO LICE on different grounds like cut off date as last date
of recipt of application, date of examination, same batch etc.
but up to now there is no coordination among such petitioners , so in order
to coordinate properly i request all the main petitioner DR TTA to provide
the details of court case filed by them , next date of hearing, reply
submitted from BSNL side, Reply submitted from our side etc. so SNATTA Chq
may support the case with documents available with us.
This is most urgent to get victory in court cases & proper coordination.
i specially request to TTA's of Ernakulam / Kerala TTA's to keep a close
watch on the CAT decisions/ management reply etc. and intimate to SNATTA
Chq. as soon as possible.
so pls. reply to snattachq@gmail.com as soon as possible.
