Dear Friends
Don't get worried about strike bcoz like other strikes it is also going to be called up.
All ready some of our friends designated them as COMEDIANS because they don't why there calling the strike and why they were called up the strike. Really friends they are comedians .
About the role of us in this strike in my opinion as SNATTA had in the joint forum we should be on strike but one thing we should remember that now the strike is not for the TTAs.
About CHQ SNATTA leaders, I think they are really busy with their personal problems otherwise they are preparing them to be the part of the comedy serial which is going to be played on 20th of this month
really its so sad

any kind of leave is not permited or granted for strike period. except medical leave if u and your family member hospitalize.
the objective of the strike is against the Direct recruitee tta. i.e the tta's of bulandshahr not participating in the strike and intimate in advance to the GM to ensure the opening of office and seurity police protection to avoid any harm to the machines.

no disinvestment is useless demand as not affect to us.as indian govt already signed WTO under which it grab there hand from all kind of services to promote globalization.

this also not belong to us . energietic and hard worker get work any where. the major portion of bsnl goes in salary. if the strength of the staff reduced then we are in profit as more than ONGC. the union leader no if VRS implemented then there strength goes down. and direct recruitee becomes strengthen

unbundling of copper wire. the quality of wired line we know very well . if we got something from scrap than what is the problem. bsnl become no 1 only when we improve our marketing and penetrate the various segment of customer. as u know bandhan preet singh done there job excellent. but management give nothing to him. as if someone perform well then out of turn promotion as jto to bandhan preet singh has been awarded. instead of this management give only medal to few among them. as thousand of tta i know personnaly who perform above the benchmark of internation promotion strategy.

No outsourcing. in this the persons who done MBA or equivalent know very well that outsourcing is the best way to grab market share by providing best service at low cost.
as if u analyise the business strategy of business tycoon. they outsource 90% of the their business. example microsoft(overtake componies accord to their speciality as hotmail is designed by subeer bhatia not by microsoft itself, IBM( deals only in SERVER as core business and outsourse remaing business, INTEL(involve only in R & D) and give manufacturing order to CE and RU company. indian companies like TCS outsource hardware business to HCL and SAi info system for Oracle application as in the case of CDR project of BSNL
the main benefit of outsourcing is that u get best at low price within time frame and utilize our resources to expertize in core domain

we are not entitled for pension. i.e this point not for us . as if this passed then we bear all upto last without there any contribution.
why we think to them, when they not think for us. four pay grade promotion policy has been passed. but what for us. for last two pay grade. still it is not decided.
this is purely injustice as promotion policy is approved without catering each cadre

How your cell phone could protect you from a deadly chemical attack.Sure, a
smartphone can take photos, automatically update email messages, stream live
video and even provide directions to the nearest gas station. But is a
smartphone smart enough to save a life?
The *U.S. Department of Homeland Security*, through its *Science and
Technology Directorate*, is developing a smartphone application that could
one day protect users from a deadly chemical attack. With a cost of $1 per
sensor, the *Cell-All* would equip a cell phone with a sensor meant to
detect hazardous substances.
�Our goal is to create a lightweight, cost-effective, power-efficient
solution,� said Cell-All program manager *Stephen Dennis*.
While the cell phone user goes about her day, the Cell-All sensor �sniffs�
the air for certain volatile chemical compounds. If a personal safety threat
is detected � for example, a chlorine gas leak � the user would receive a
warning via noise, vibration, text message or phone call.
But if the threat detected is more serious with broader safety implications
� such as a sarin gas attack � the time, location and compound name would be
sent to an emergency operations center within 60 seconds. The automatic
system would minimize human error and get emergency responders to the scene
fast, officials said.
To quell privacy concerns, the department said the sensor would only operate
on an opt-in basis and that data would be transmitted anonymously. �Privacy
is as important as technology,� Dennis said. �After all, for Cell-All to
succeed, people must be comfortable enough to turn it on in the first
place.�
The commercial availability of Cell-All could take several years, officials
said. In the meantime, the department is pursuing agreements with four cell
phone manufacturers � *Qualcomm*, *LG*, *Apple* and *Samsung* � that could
accelerate the sensor�s commercialization. Within a year, officials said, 40
prototypes could be developed, in()cluding some that sense carbon monoxide
and fire.
