FIRST BACH OF 650 TTAs were recruited by the dot notification. but the bond filled was of bsnl at the time of joining.

8. Urgent : Regarding Intra & Inter circle transfer of TTA's

Hi Friends,
As one of the main demand of SNATTA is related to Intra &
Inter circle transfer of TTA's and the same point was raised from SNATTA
side in the 21st NCM & in response of the same BSNL Corporate office issued
a letter No. 250-7, /2007- Pers-II Dated 07-04-2010 (Uploaded on SNATTA
website).Both the NCM members from SNATTA side has done this very
appreciable work.
Now I request all the Circle Council Members / Circle office bearers of the
all the circles, to utilize this order & try to clear the waiting list of
Inter & Intra Circle transfer cases of TTA's.
As after the JTO exam we have to serve our circle for next 5 years, so this
is the right time to give special consideration on such cases before the JTO
LICE. (But try to avoid transfer in those circles where JTO vacancies are
less then the numbers of TTAs in that circles)
In MP Telecom Circle more then 20 pending transfer cases of TTA's ( Inter &
Intra Circle Cases) are cleared during last two Circle Concil meetings & now
no waiting list is pending except 3 SSA's out of 34 SSA's.
Also as per SNATTA Gujarat website :- During 2nd Circle Council of Gujarat
Circle was held on 03.04.2010 points was raised from SNATTA side and agreed
by management.
In case of RULE-8 transfer of TTAs,at present if application is forwarded
with the remarks "With Substitute"are sent back to SSA and no wait list is
maintained at Circle Office. We represented that the wait list should be
maintained at Circle Office and as and when possible these transfers may be
done."
After much discussion, management agreed to maintain Wait List at Circle
Office. Also they clarified that if remark is "Without Substitute", the
orders are issued with no delay.
So try utilize the circle council platform in above manner & also share the
same if any special point is agreed in your circle council meetings.
Finally I again request you to give special attention to pending transfer
cases and maximum utilization of this order & our presence in the Circle &
Local Council, specially in circle like Punjab where so many transfer
requests are pending.
