Dear friends....
BSNL is on right path for the First Time...
The pay anamoly for the JTOs recruited in 2005 recruitment year finally got theirs anamoly setteled upto 2007. Means the JTO who has been recruited agains R.Y. 2005 (though he joined his duty upto 2007 by any reason) got the pay parity with others upto R.Y. 2005.
This is really the constitutional approach, which BSNL took rightly mannered.
Congratulations to all those who got benefitted...
BUT will the BSNL body thinks it over for the TTAs for deciding the eligibility in the JTO LICE on the similar grounds....? (which i am quoting in mine blog posting since from the very first day) that all the TTAs who was recruited under DoT notified vacancies in 2000 and thereafter BSNL notified vacancies in 2001 and 2002 (means R.Y. 2000, 2001 & 2002) should be given benefit to compete the said LICE. it is not their's individual fault that they joined BSNL on later dates or Years....

all points listed are Excellent and needs the timely attention from all the TTAs nationwide and time has come for the so called SNATTA leaders to shook off their Heads and face the realities...
In the information obtained through RTI Act, the Union leaders (So called including the SNATTAians), the Unions cutoff theirs Hands during the wage negotiations that the further wage negotiations will be held iff :
BSNL will remain in Profits upto 2014.Not even a single Loss making yearUnions will go ahead with BSNL's future plans without any objections (then why its giving strike calls)
its fine that BSNL is showing the Revenue losses and not losses, but the recent figures shows that if the WAge arrears is shown in the books of the accounts, then BSNL will show first time Losses since its incorporation, else it will declare the Profits....(Statement given by CMD to The Hindu and Economic Times).
In One hand, Unions are giving strike calls and on other hand, doing the aggrements with the management secretly. Thanks to RTI Act that we got this hidden information of the Wage Negotiation Drama.
When i handed over the documental proofs to the District Body of the BSNLEU during DEC meeting @ Abohar, they shows the STUNNENESS and promised in DEC that the matter will be highlighted at Punjab Circle and National level too.....BUT PROMISES ARE KEPT FOR BROKEN.....

unbundling of copper wire. the quality of wired line we know very well . if we got something from scrap than what is the problem. bsnl become no 1 only when we improve our marketing and penetrate the various segment of customer. as u know bandhan preet singh done there job excellent. but management give nothing to him. as if someone perform well then out of turn promotion as jto to bandhan preet singh has been awarded. instead of this management give only medal to few among them. as thousand of tta i know personnaly who perform above the benchmark of internation promotion strategy.

No outsourcing. in this the persons who done MBA or equivalent know very well that outsourcing is the best way to grab market share by providing best service at low cost.
as if u analyise the business strategy of business tycoon. they
outsource 90% of the their business. example microsoft(overtake componies accord to their speciality as hotmail is designed by subeer bhatia not by microsoft itself, IBM( deals only in SERVER as core business and outsourse remaing business, INTEL(involve only in R & D) and give manufacturing order to CE and RU company. indian companies like TCS outsource hardware business to HCL and SAi info system for Oracle application as in the case of CDR project of BSNL
the main benefit of outsourcing is that u get best at low price within time frame and utilize our resources to expertize in core domain

The suggestions put up by neeraj gupta are absolutely true and the mode of strike is not for our benefits,instead we can try to expedite the conducting of JTO LICE exam at the earliest. Being the educated lot,we should not give political pressure through MPs to talk in parliament which could be a reason for BSNL to postpone our exam indefinitely for the time being.Better to educate those TTAs who are holding portfolios in BSNLEU to fight for our cause alone and hold talk with Mgt for speeding up the JTO LICE exam.

JTOs of JTO2005 batch will also get 30% fitment i.e.,Rs.21620 as their basic.
JTOs of subsequent batches i.e.,JTO2007 and JTO2008 will not get fitment pakka.

copy suncgrp5 file from $DUMPP to some other location during synchronization process & copy it back to its original place once iop is synchronized..give a try
