All of the us are loyal to BSNL and always works our best for the BSNLs growth and development. The same is always expected from DRJTO and DRJAOs as we all are the only Cadre which are to survive a long with the long surviving BSNL.
But being so much shortcomings and weakness in the system, it is getting very hard for BSNL to survive in this competitive scenerio. The MisManaged policies and political interferences are pushing hard to through the BSNL in great revenue losses.
As we can not eliminate these system shortcoming directly but we can have some other methods to clean this corrupted and polluted system. Like
WE CAN HAVE ONE TECHNICAL COMMITTEE AMONG ALL THREE UNIONS WHICH WILL DRAW ATTENTION OF THE MANAGEMENT TOWARDS THESE SHORTCOMINGS AND ALSO GIVE THE SOLUTION FOR THESE. AND IF THE MANAGEMENT DOESNT GET AGREE WITH THAT THAN WE CAN APPROACH THE MEDIA WITH THE WEEKLY ARTICLES "HOW GOVT IS DOING HARD TO SELL THE BSNL".
We can raise the issues like
1. Why the BSNL GSM Towers have least coverage compared to private operators.
2. Why there is so high downtime for BSNL GSM Sites.
3. Why the BSNL Management purchases so worse quality equipments, like CORDECT Equipment purchased from HFCL.
4. Why the management is purchasing CDMA Sets with extra SMPS (10 KG ka Dibba), when Integrated CDMA Sets with so fascinating features are available in the Market. Also so worse quality internet sets are being purchased by BSNL (From Huawei ETS 1201) which hangs after half hour.
5. Why so much garbage to auction is dumped in the stores.
6. Why so cheap softwares without proper support are being implemented in BSNL.
7. Why not battery cells for the dumped CDMA SMPS are being purchased.
etc. etc.
So friends start taking PANGA with the Management to save the BSNL, as we have very short time, Otherwise these ANAPADH Officers and CORRUPT ITSes will through BSNL into ILL PSU LIST.
