First there will be agreement on periodicity of wage revision. There is no agreement on periodicity as yet between recognized union and management. In case it is of five years DOT's approval is necessary. (II) Once periodicity is decided fitment formula has to be evolved and agreement between management and recognized union is necessary in this respect. (III) After above two agreements issues of evolving of new pay scales and rate of increment will arise. (IV) Once Pay Scales etc are evolved question of perks and allowances will be taken up. The recognized union is delaying the process of wage revision due to political reasons.
