Dear , vikas is right while saying that u r just copying and pasting NFTE. Dear we need to understand that most of the steps taken by rec. Union directly benefits us. Even the most desputed one of 5yr periodicity is going to benifit us more as a bulk of VAN members r going to b retired within 5 yr.
