Dear Girish,

No one can fight against the rule applicable in all the departments around the country. 2002 & 2004 batch TTA's have served the company for last 7 & 5 years respectively, and fitment benefit is given only for serving the company for so long.

Likewise period for serving the company, will differentiate the new basic of 2002 & 2004 batch TTA's. i.e. 2002 batch will get more basic while 2004 will get less than it and so on if 2005, & 2006 batches had been recruited.

More service, more benefit. And now your question is that for recuitment after 31-12-2006 will get no benefit? This is again a rule not made by me or one company, where no one can fight.
