[TTABSNL] regarding charge for switch room for subs management



hi
 
first the incharge of the switch room is not ranked below SDE
secondly the jobs related to TTA as explained in its designation
telecom technical assistant
assistant stands for to provide assistance in any kind of  telecom services. not to individualy handle any divison
there are two post in BSNL which have full liberty to work without any responsibility
firstly DGM and Secondly TTA
they both perform there duty without any legal responsibility
 
although D.E able to provide separate login in CDOT to execute commnands related to check the status of BM, Cards, PCM etc. but through your login no subscriber command is allowed in your login.
if they still force u , in that case u recieved the login password with protest
give recieve with the Quote statement" Recieved Login and Password with protest in the interest of service"  and write as i tta mr xyz have not specialized training in CDOT subscriber management . to avoid any loss, i requested to incharge of CDOT switch room, kindly review the command log book generated in cdot exchange. and take corrective action before taking backup. i also request to the management to send me on training related to CDOT switch organise in Regional Training centre of bsnl.

As the DGM has taken approval for that it means he has done every thing legally completed.
In our duties it is stated . . . . . . ., ...., & further the job assigned by controlling officers.
U cant straightaway deny but one show that he does'nt know, etc, Or can say i need a subordinate staff to perform the dutiees unless i cant take the charge of it.
 
Example: In Bonli(SWM) JTO Sh Rajawat ji was ordered to take the charge of new exchange building three times by TDM and he gave in writting that i need three security gaurds seprate for the building for round the clock watch then only i can take charge of the building and it was never taken.
 
So try something like it or not so skilled etc etc other wise one can't deny the orders even verbal.
It comes under DISOBEY and it can lead to a strict action (including chargeshhet) taken if one wishes to take.
 
In Bonli CDOT MBM i was told for a work regarding cards on telephone and due to some reason it was delayed.
Then my SDOT gave a Memo stating that although it does not comes in your duties but then also job was told to do in the interest of services..

Here in Jaipur DGM South is trying to give individual charge of Subs management to 
a TTA.A seperate user id and password is assigning to him.
For this work DE has taken approval from GM.

Should he take the charge or not?

If not then what should he reply to the his DE.

If he deny to take the charge then what action management can take against him?

Kindly help in this matter.
