Month of joining as a trainee in the department will be the next increment month.

fro example You have joined on 9.12.2003 as a trainee, next increment will be on dec'2004.

no we didnt get increament.. .

in our march and previous salary slips DNI was 1st May 2009 (the month when we joined training last year). and in May2009's salary slip it was written as July 2009 (the month when we resumed Duty last year).

Staff section has said us to give application to include our training period in our service preriod.... we will give it in coming 2-3 days...

I also have one question related to Date of Increment... ...

I was told that first increment date will be the exact date of start of training.... i.e if the training started from 15 of the month then we will get salary with increment only for half month... and for first half of month salary will be calculated with old basic(without incement)... .

This is the ruling????
