Iam totally agree with sri A.K. Pandey that we should not lose hope and should keep fighting. If the Managment is not listening to us then we should adopt some other means to pressurise the Management to conduct depatmental exam after reduceing the service condition.

Sending our representative to Shri Rahul Gandhi is very good suggesstion. If DRJTO can sent theirs then why SNATTA can't? Simultaneously we should also think for meeting with union ministerm for Telecommunication, I think our Tamil Nadu friend can help us in this regard.

Finally SNATTA should start raising the fund for its future course of action.

The need of the our is our unity. we should be united to fight for our right and natural justice.
