Very well u spent extra time for BSNL (During Mela 10 am to 7 pm) and also good advice for DR TTA . Thank u anish. Previous mail good comments about union and put forword good aim for snatta , join with other executives union to change the working culture of BSNL
Anish when u join the department? In which section u working ? And do u have any interaction with customers? Because Almost all ur mails came in the office hours.................? Do u have any interaction with ur batchmates or any other DRTTA in your circle ? I think u have no contact..... Find out a DRTTA espcially in Rural /outdoor and just ask about their nature of work, working hours, and how they r dealing with customers. Most of ur mails comes like u r the only working employee , and all other are just sitting idle and taking salary. This is not good. Almost 99 % DRTTAs are hard working and doing their best for the company without any fixed working time and they have to go to Xges even in the midnight and some time they stay in the Xge itself in emergency ......
Do u know the Policies in CPSE and unions role in the PSU . Almost all non Executive matters Promotion policy, wage revision and other facilities etc are implemented only in agreement with the recognized union in the Company. BSNLEU is our recognized union .So Snatta is in alliance with EU and pressurising EU to meet our Demands
