You have taken out the net salary in 2009 as 19470, which you have said to be our new basic in 2009. But let me clear to my friends that Rs.19470 will be our new basic in 2009 only till the next increment falls. Let me clear more, if someone's increment falls in february 2009, then his basic in January 2009 will be Rs.19470, while in February 2009 after increment, his new basic will be Rs.19470 + 3% increment = Rs.20050.

Formula is (Basic in 2007+ 68.8 or 78.6 DA) 30 % Fitment

ie. (7900 + 5435 or 6209) = (13335 or 14109) 30 % Fitment

17335 or 18342 in 2007

2008 = 17860 or 18900

2009 =18400 or 19470

Basic+ DA+HRA+Perks is your salary in n2009
