It was clear tommorow onwards BSNL employees are on the path of agitation against 1. Disinvestment 2. VRS 3. ITS absorption 4 IDA Pension Revision....I agree with strike ...... All are anti BSNL policy.......... But wat about our pension...........I remember in the previsious strike time it was asked ...........management should give some reply..........Not yet any solution come...........Present System of EPF ..........we get maximumum 3250/ pension only for 35 year service.......... IN our SSA AIGEJTO assosiation conducted a class on EPF . we TTA s are also attended . From EPF authorities it was understood that presenly following system should not change under normal caondition... So we get maximumum RS 3250/- only for our 35 or more service .

all points listed are Excellent and needs the timely attention from all the TTAs nationwide and time has come for the so called SNATTA leaders to shook off their Heads and face the realities...
In the information obtained through RTI Act, the Union leaders (So called including the SNATTAians), the Unions cutoff theirs Hands during the wage negotiations that the further wage negotiations will be held iff :
BSNL will remain in Profits upto 2014.
Not even a single Loss making year
Unions will go ahead with BSNL's future plans without any objections (then why its giving strike calls)
its fine that BSNL is showing the Revenue losses and not losses, but the recent figures shows that if the WAge arrears is shown in the books of the accounts, then BSNL will show first time Losses since its incorporation, else it will declare the Profits....(Statement given by CMD to The Hindu and Economic Times).
In One hand, Unions are giving strike calls and on other hand, doing the aggrements with the management secretly. Thanks to RTI Act that we got this hidden information of the Wage Negotiation Drama.
When i handed over the documental proofs to the District Body of the BSNLEU during DEC meeting @ Abohar, they shows the STUNNENESS and promised in DEC that the matter will be highlighted at Punjab Circle and National level too.....BUT PROMISES ARE KEPT FOR BROKEN.....

unbundling of copper wire. the quality of wired line we know very well . if we got something from scrap than what is the problem. bsnl become no 1 only when we improve our marketing and penetrate the various segment of customer. as u know bandhan preet singh done there job excellent. but management give nothing to him. as if someone perform well then out of turn promotion as jto to bandhan preet singh has been awarded. instead of this management give only medal to few among them. as thousand of tta i know personnaly who perform above the benchmark of internation promotion strategy.

No outsourcing. in this the persons who done MBA or equivalent know very well that outsourcing is the best way to grab market share by providing best service at low cost.
as if u analyise the business strategy of business tycoon. they outsource 90% of the their business. example microsoft(overtake componies accord to their speciality as hotmail is designed by subeer bhatia not by microsoft itself, IBM( deals only in SERVER as core business and outsourse remaing business, INTEL(involve only in R & D) and give manufacturing order to CE and RU company. indian companies like TCS outsource hardware business to HCL and SAi info system for Oracle application as in the case of CDR project of BSNL
the main benefit of outsourcing is that u get best at low price within time frame and utilize our resources to expertize in core domain

we are not entitled for pension. i.e this point not for us . as if this passed then we bear all upto last without there any contribution.
why we think to them, when they not think for us. four pay grade promotion policy has been passed. but what for us. for last two pay grade. still it is not decided.
this is purely injustice as promotion policy is approved without catering each cadre

1. See the history of Disinvestement of Two Major Telecom sector VSNL and MTNL VSNL now run by private body and many staff have suffered too many problem including transfer, CRS, VRS etc. and information sources says that It was sold 1/10 time rates
2 MTNL have much more poor condition in share market News agencies say that MTNL is in range of Worst ranking share in International share market
3. ITS should be measure issue in Sam Pittoda commites
4. If naturaly more than 12 thousands employees are retiring every year (Eight year for 100000) then why it shoulde be done immeditely year as per Sam Pittoda Commite
5. No one says that what percentage of disinvestment amount will be paid to BSNL
