go for older version of xp like win 98/2002 ;problem will be solved if u configure
nic card in win xp 2000
bcoz in new version of xp there are some change required in DBMS files
change in file will be
go in to control panel -> administrative tools -> ODBC(other data base source)
at this stage some change required to do in newer version of XP for configure
EVDO in new xp

But we should congratulate our union great leaders.. They asked us to go on strike for two days and lose our salary.. Arent we great People. WE supported the cause , losing the salary , and here comes the best part ., we are measured on a scale lesser than STOAs,SSOs etc.. and they want a scale beyond us coz they r people who have been serving BSNL since their birth.
Finally comes the JTO lice. HURRAY we get the chance at last.. So are there any classes , Who r eligible.. Oh there goes the JTO LIce . Someone has got a stay order.Its again a distant future now. .

Very Reasonable Words..All have to strive for the same.
1.Pay Revision with 9200 basic(Pre-Revised) or after four increments reach to the level of JTO.
2.JTO LICE 35% quota can be kept open for all eligible TTAs Open Internal Competition.
3.Internal Competitive Examination can be Kept for all the eligible candidates for MT and SDE. Only Compettion through Internal Test.
4.What is career growth of TTA who joined in BSNL will be remain TTA ever n forever..How he/she can reach to Management Post.So only Internal competition reaches him/her to the level of Management Post??They are well qualified for getting these things at easy if all are united and fight for cause.

Completely agree with Mr. Raja, as per the suggestions of VIth pay comission Why not file a case for the 9200 scale which was recommended by wage revision committee for diploma holders & Why not hardly pressurize the Circle offices for declaration of JTO LICE (Circle which do not declare JTO LICE till date)
