You both are mistaking...
THIS IS WHAT WE R DOING SINCE WE ARE APPOINTED
1. Taking a SALARY more than we work. ( Don't compare with other BSNL / DOT Employees. Compare with employees of other companies )
2. Enjoying Leave without being on Leave. ( As in 50 % of Cases )
3. Taking seat and not answering anyone where we were for whole day.
4. Enjoying the Social Functions with Family. Not answering CALLS FROM OFFICE while on leave.
5. Enjoying Fix Increment every year, despite of work quality.
6. Not offered the compatible Work till the date, so that our salary may be justified.
How can anyone say that WE ARE JUST.....

There is no question about blaming the LEADERs. They are working in a way that no one can. We all are just posting the messages nothing else. We do not care to meet GM for any problem. We might face some problems and as we have some people out there fighting for us, we just post some messages and sleep.
The post in the GROUP should be in such manner that it doesn't affect the others minds. To blame BSNLEU is not the solution. We have to give them support till next election atleast. Posting this type of messages spoils other's minds. If we have something constructive like " Chalo Delhi " of Mr. Hakkamsinh, then we should take initiative and make it successful. Here in SNATTA platform all are Leaders : All are equally qualified : All can think on a way. We should use our mind in doing some constructive and should take initiative from our side. As if we take an initiative then it is sure that we are confident in what we are saying.
Friend ! Don't take it personel. I am so shocked these times seeing so much DESTRUCTIVE approaches of some Members.
That is why I am inspired to write these things..

I think that all of us are agree with the facts given by ramakrishna. As we all SNATTA members are supporting BSNLEU since long time with Nos.,time& money. Why shouldn't BSNLEU favour & support us, whenever we need ? At present we are part of the recog. union so SNATTA chq. must presurrise the Namboodiri ji to take up the issue of JTO LDCE & MT case on the union platform.
We all are discussing so many point about the eligibility of JTO LDCE with 7 yr.& 5 yr. limit but friends this is the fact that still we are waiting for the 7 yr. orders from mgmt. Our cadre is totally dependent on the mercy of namboodiriji & mgmt. & both are not bother about this cadre sincerely ,so we request SNATTA chq. to pls. discuss the above matters of MT & JTO LDCE with GS, BSNLEU & Mgmt. frequently so as to get the Max. benefits to our cadre.
We are always with SNATTA chq. for any kind of supports.

vikas explained the matter very well. approaching cat for eligibility by spending 1000 to 1500
by every person and that too for the exam which surrounded by so many problems leaves so much confusion.
our SNATTA must file a court case which may benfit all tta's. why our leaders are thinking on that i don't know. if we get the eligibility through court case then it will be like a jackpot to us for our service restriction in jto ldce.
for financial help i can say whithout any doubt that everybody will contribute to it. one thing is that why we are not taking financial help from BSNLEU.consider this
every month from our 10,000 ( for example ) tta's 10,000 X 15 = 1,50,000
for 1 year 1,50,000 X 12 = 18,00,000
i think we all are doing this for last 4 years.
in this MT issue BSNLEU should not leave every thing on SNATTA saying that it is going to benifit you people only, pl. do it your self. till now our union behaviour is like that only.
As our strength is low compared to other cadres and we also need BSNLEU support in some big issues. But this should not be taken as weakness.
