Hon.Ernakulam CAT has direct to extend the date for submitting MT internal application by another 10 days. The application have to accepted in irrespective of Age and Qualification

management is accepting everything but namboodiri is accepting nothing
all TTA needs early exam,desi change but nothing

hi,
*Brief of the wage negotiation meeting on 13th October 2009.*
After detailed discussion in the wage negotiation meeting today
,13thOctober 2009, the management proposed the following:
*1.* 30% fitment with 10 year periodicity with 68.8% IDA for the present
and raising to 78.2% with executives
*2.* If period of wage revision is reduced to executives, it will be
done for non-executives also.
*3.* There can be a review after 5 years.
The Unions demanded review after 5 years without mentioning the periodicity.
The next meeting will take place after Diwali.

A child was arguing his father to buy him a cycle. His father atlast agreed, but didn't fixed the time limit. Suddenly after two months father played a trick. He told his son that MR X is buying a Scooty for his Son. His son forgot the cycle and started arguing for the scooty for him also.Then father gave him assurance that as soon as Mr X will buy a scooty for his son then he will also buy him a scooty. Later........
The son is still waiting for a SCooty.
He didn't even got a cycle as now he is not interested in it.

dear sushilu have just touched the right cord at this moment. this is the view of maximum of us. if we get succeed in getting eligibility for MT there will be result in points for BE TTA as we will be fighting against outsider BE+MBA freshers. and this MT issue is taking out our lot of energy and time. we should concentrate us on our main issue which caused the SNATTA to be formed as we r very near to achieve it.

itz fair enough to fight for MT and other facts but the first point on the agenda at each and every moment SNATTA should be conducting LDCE exams for JTO's

Dear all
its a nice story and it conenceted to us also
but the point is why are u all be hopeless
if one person will PASS MT then the all procedure which are doing today will be sucess and in gujarati one sentance is there " doshi mari jai teno vandho nahi pan jam ghar na bhali javo joie" means no problem with anybody die but the killerman dont be see our weakness.
that means the dr jto union ( and all exc. union) want to stop our eligibility criteria and management support them this stupid procedure will not be come in future thats why we are fighting today.
our fight will give the message to all stupid killerman that we are not wearing bangles.
we can fight them and this will be happning in future also,
so dont be hopeless and be unity.
