Dear Sukhwinder,
It is true that Solanki writes a lot. But it is also true that he has done a lot of hard work for SNATTA. If one is too much involved in our activities then definitely he can understand the matters better. He writes what he understand through his hard work only. But many of our friends writes a lot without doing anything(not you). I know many of them personally in Kerala. When I went to Tamilnadu to attend their Circle conference I couldn't see many friends there who were continuously criticising through mails. Many of the TN friends did a lot of hard work for arranging the meeting. They spent a lot efforts,time and money. But the so called criticisers didn't even attend the meeting. You are saying that Solanki is discouraging the TTAs. But why don't you see that these TTAs are continuously discouraging the dedicated CHQ leaders? Solanki or myself only supporting the beloved CHQ leaders. Since we are close to them we know their pain, their dedication,
their efforts and their helplessness in many occassions. We know their heart beats and hence we want to keep their moral high. I wonder many times that why these blind criticisers are not coming forward to take the responsibilities if we are wrong. I personally invite all these criticisers to the next national conference and we are glad to hand over the leadership to them.
Please don't take it personally. I expect you are involved in our activities in Punjab and supporting our leader Hakkam very well. I hope others will follow you in their Circles. Then definitely Solankees may need not write such mails.

All TTA friends !!
I want to clear one thing about my recent postings on Group...
I am a senoir worker of SNATTA. I am having a full faith on SNATTA leaders. I firmly believe that we have gained a very good results in affiliation with BSNLEU means that compare to NFTE or FNTO. It might be there that in some district or Circles, people of NFTE-FNTO may be in support to us, but we have heard the words of SUPREEMO of FNTO that " You people shut up and nothing will be done for you ".
That is why when I heard of doing better with other union, I fill shocking.
The metter is that We have gained much. We are very less away from our goal. The people who think that we have done nothing or we are mistaking is wrong. We should think of situations. In the worst situations, our leaders worked so hard and efficiently that is the only reason of our this much success.
I have created a POLL in Group. I wish you all please vote and let me know how people thinks. So that I may get out of my thinkings if so..

first tell us about your self from where r u belongs and where posted in groups strictily told all persion that you should write your detail in every mail.
regarding your langauge about mr solanki, then you shoud understand that you are a member and solanki is a part of chq body i think you have to first learn the method how to correspondance with the leaders
i know every person in snatta have to right to say anything about the discussion as you are doing but i also mean that at one stage some cutoff level should be there.
ok if you dont have any work in bsnl and you doing only in office this mail work then ok just timepass like old tta but you dont cross the limit
i m not mailing regularly and i dont want to start any problem but please i request you to dont cross the limit because mr. solanki is a respectable person and is very knowledgeble person ( i think you should frist reach the level at solanki is stay then you should talk about him)
Democracy means every man can talk about any persion.
but that is not meaning like that : "we say to Our mother is mummy not WIFE OF FATHER(ok its true that is mother is wife of father but then also.....) ".

but without making any policy is definitely a strange thing. Be positive but be altert
it may be a game as like previous games. I think all understand better. I don't know what all
think but in my views, Still now some of political leaders trying to make us fool and try to
hide or try to delay our actual matters without any reasons and some stupid elements still expect
our patience. Increase you blogs ratio to make our leaders more aggressive and powerful.
We are with SNATTA. Its my suggestion to our leaders never think 'bout how much we are..

first tell us about your self from where r u belongs and where posted in groups strictily told all persion that you should write your detail in every mail.
regarding your langauge about mr solanki, then you shoud understand that you are a member and solanki is a part of chq body i think you have to first learn the method how to correspondance with the leaders
i know every person in snatta have to right to say anything about the discussion as you are doing but i also mean that at one stage some cutoff level should be there.

Dear Friends,
Recently it has been noticed and everyone must have observed that the level of postings in this group has deteriorated to a very low standard,this only shows the frustration and the low motivation level among our members.
Many new friends have joined the department in last few years so they might not be knowing the insides of the burning issues concerning our cadres and they post messages as they hear or interpret as per their understanding or misunderstanding of the subjects,but this no way means that they have low IQ.It points to our failure in making them understand the issues and agenda and the motive behind our every action.Somehow I feel that our association exists only on papers or through thsi platform.I dont know of the other circles but in Jharkhand we had a Circle Conference three years back.And we had met for a meeting 8 months back in Ranchi SSA of Jharkhand.I feel ashamed of my myself as Circle Pesident I have failed in conducting regular meetings.But then this was responsibility of all and not of the office bearers or me only.
But anyway ,lack of interaction and communication and regular meetings,conferences has alienated many peoples and they feel less attached to this group,and it has also created a artificial gap among the members so that they are try to regroup them selves as 2000 TTA,2002 TTA,degree tta dilpma tta,and more recently MT Eligible and not eligible TTAs.
So its the reponsibility of all the LEADERS,FOLLOWER and MEMBERS of SNATTA not to react very sharply or rudely any of the postings,and it is also expected from the new friend not to take the words of their seniors as an offence,disregard or bully.
Its my sincere advice to the CHQ Leaders and Circle office bearers that they should refrain from reacting to each and every fingers pointed to them,because as they have been chosen leaders ,every word of them is scrutnised and a slip may create irreversible damages.
And some one rightly suggested,reply to a person should not be posted in yahoogroups,it should be sent to personal mail ids only.And filthy mails should be taken care by the moderators.

its very difficut to me to understand the persons like you. Your blind support to sumone without any reason prove that my words are true. Mr. Solanki may be a good person, May be he is full of knowledge, I have no personal war with him. I just convey a message in reply of his mail that how we can be relexed and how we can be maintain our petience, after 7 years still we TTA's and Management is playing games with us. His reply to my lines was not satisfied. Its a common blog platform, I have the full right to tell my inside feelings. Even every TTA is thinking like me. He may be a leader, but here i write as a TTA and to the TTA's. So its my suggestion to you, if you are good wisher then think broad. Dear friends,
Can any one tell me that the 35% and 15% Quota. Since Last time as per 1996 recruitment policy for 35% clerical cadre only was eligible and for 15% Screening TTAs and others eligible as per their Seniority basis.
Now In the 2002 JTO Internal Recruitment rule is anything mentioned about this?.

Dear all friends,
Normally I avoid to write such mail but after viewing mails on group amongs our peoples, it force me that being a senior member of SNATTA group, I write something in the favour of SNATTA association.
I would like to advice every members of group to behave like a gentle person of one family..., In which there may be different types of ideology,suggestion etc. to strengthen our family but it shouldn't be in such manner that it reflects conflicts & poor relationship among us.
I think that probably the motto of our leaders behind creating this group is to share our views to overcome our problems in easier way.
If any body is not satisfied with others mail or suggestion, It would be better to reply to such person individually on his/her mail in place of common mails on groups.
Also every member of SNATTA is directly or indirectly supporting our group..... whether he/she is holding any post or not... every member can't be a leader but suppose to support our leaders in a healthy manner.
Such type of adverse mailing will definitely create gaps among us.
It is expected that everybody will think on this... and create healthy environment in the group so write.... for the betterment of SNATTA group & support our leaders and other members.
Take it in a positive way!!!!

I thnk u have misinterpreted the words and it seems u jump to conclusion.
Why r u more interested in JE when we are seeing that the syllabus of JTO internal is out and exams can be conducted any time, but the 7 years condition is not yet on paper. And its not like being selfish as u said. I would like to request PLS DO NOT DIVERT FROM THE MAIN MOTTO.
Pay scale, designation change, etc though required , present scenario asks for more attention on the above mentioned reduction in service condition as it will help not only the my batches but all the batches even in future. So, pls understand what i mean to say and pls dont jump to conclusions. Neither do i want to start any controversy. With syllabus out, lets frst try to get the service condition reduced to 5. It will be the achievement , otherwise u may find service condn 10 years , 10+2 eligible, exam conducted and no DRTTA eligible.Thnk out this brother.

First be sure that DR TTAs are not only of 2002 batch,There are 2 more batches which are working in TTA cadre and connected with SNATTA.
So JET is the qustion for all of us and eben though you people have completed 8 years in BSNL our leaders are tputting their best efforts to solve the issue.

I thnk u have misinterpreted the words and it seems u jump to conclusion.
Why r u more interested in JE when we are seeing that the syllabus of JTO internal is out and exams can be conducted any time, but the 7 years condition is not yet on paper. And its not like being selfish as u said. I would like to request PLS DO NOT DIVERT FROM THE MAIN MOTTO.
Pay scale, designation change, etc though required , present scenario asks for more attention on the above mentioned reduction in service condition as it will help not only the my batches but all the batches even in future. So, pls understand what i mean to say and pls dont jump to conclusions. Neither do i want to start any controversy. With syllabus out, lets frst try to get the service condition reduced to 5. It will be the achievement , otherwise u may find service condn 10 years , 10+2 eligible, exam conducted and no DRTTA eligible.Thnk out this brother.

First be sure that DR TTAs are not only of 2002 batch,There are 2 more batches which are working in TTA cadre and connected with SNATTA.
So JET is the qustion for all of us and eben though you people have completed 8 years in BSNL our leaders are tputting their best efforts to solve the issue.
As you people are eligible for JTO LDCE,we are not and so you sholud not become SELFISH by thinking that APNA TO HO GAYA DUSRO KA TENSION KYU LE ya to fir you have forgotten that we are also part of DR Allinace SNATTA.
so JET has to be done for us and it is not just the matter of designation change but it will be a moral boosting win against our management.. .

I thnk u have misinterpreted the words and it seems u jump to conclusion.
Why r u more interested in JE when we are seeing that the syllabus of JTO internal is out and exams can be conducted any time, but the 7 years condition is not yet on paper. And its not like being selfish as u said. I would like to request PLS DO NOT DIVERT FROM THE MAIN MOTTO.
Pay scale, designation change, etc though required , present scenario asks for more attention on the above mentioned reduction in service condition as it will help not only the my batches but all the batches even in future. So, pls understand what i mean to say and pls dont jump to conclusions. Neither do i want to start any controversy. With syllabus out, lets frst try to get the service condition reduced to 5. It will be the achievement , otherwise u may find service condn 10 years , 10+2 eligible, exam conducted and no DRTTA eligible.Thnk out this brother.

First be sure that DR TTAs are not only of 2002 batch,There are 2 more batches which are working in TTA cadre and connected with SNATTA.
So JET is the qustion for all of us and eben though you people have completed 8 years in BSNL our leaders are tputting their best efforts to solve the issue.
As you people are eligible for JTO LDCE,we are not and so you sholud not become SELFISH by thinking that APNA TO HO GAYA DUSRO KA TENSION KYU LE ya to fir you have forgotten that we are also part of DR Allinace SNATTA.
so JET has to be done for us and it is not just the matter of designation change but it will be a moral boosting win against our management.. .

Normally I avoid to write such mail but after viewing mails on group amongs our peoples, it force me that being a senior member of SNATTA group, I write something in the favour of SNATTA association.
I would like to advice every members of group to behave like a gentle person of one family..., In which there may be different types of ideology,suggestion etc. to strengthen our family but it shouldn't be in such manner that it reflects conflicts & poor relationship among us.
I think that probably the motto of our leaders behind creating this group is to share our views to overcome our problems in easier way.
If any body is not satisfied with others mail or suggestion, It would be better to reply to such person individually on his/her mail in place of common mails on groups.
Also every member of SNATTA is directly or indirectly supporting our group..... whether he/she is holding any post or not... every member can't be a leader but suppose to support our leaders in a healthy manner.
Such type of adverse mailing will definitely create gaps among us.
It is expected that everybody will think on this... and create healthy environment in the group so write.... for the betterment of SNATTA group & support our leaders and other members.
Take it in a positive way!!!!
