dear mukesh,
this is not the case of being hopeless, it is the case of keeping aside the
main agenda of our association.No one has objection in yours becoming a MT,
but before we all wanted to be a JTO, right.Then why we are not discussing
this matter in parallel to that of an MT. Why the JTO word is completely
replaced by MT. is this only because we want to give a message to other
unions that we are united in this matter. But please let us try to convince
Mr. namboodri and the management instead that we are united and deliberately
united for our main agenda for conducting LDCE for JTO. Let us put pressure
on Mr. Namboodri that the time of one year as promised to conduct LDCE is
slipping day by day.We are delibrately lacking this agenda all together in
our discussions these days.Let us all fill the form for MT and be prepared
to fight for atleast LDCE.

First of all I suggest you should write down your name and SSA, Circle and phone no etc.. with your mail. So that someone can contact you and clear your doubts.
Now, about harassment by BSNLEU, brother you might not be knowing what is happening at National Level. Do you know that we are Non-executive and will be treated as GROUP-C always. No one in management will change this. We have to think not like an Oldy, but at least like a Non-executive.
Wage revision is a big decision, and can not be taken as you people are talking. There are so many things to see in details. The Periodicity, Fitment and most important is we have to stay with all PSU Unions. Once agreement done, nothing can be changed in future too for 10 years. This will affect to the future of all employees.
So, Please be patient and don't behave childish. What does it make a difference to you if Revision apply somewhat late ? You are going to get Arrears for that much period.
Don't post any thing what exposes your lake of knowledge or low level of thinking. This may hurt other members' faith on Association and the Union.

dear sushil,
you are right, our main agenda is to be jto. so, we have to fight for that. but if you have to stand in union politics (whereever i said you means that is union not i target anyone member ) then you have to do something extra beyond your agenda also. you have to fight for your agenda as well as protect union from other side also this will always happning parallel. why you think that ldce agenda is going to sleep our chq body is ready to fight for this main problem also, and they have to fight for other at a time.
and remmber one thing i will not become MT. because i know that MT Exam is so hard and very few member will pass this but you noticed that by our propoganda all union are alert. (as Exec. union order their union to fill up the form ) and this thing help in future.
Always think positive and follow our chq leaders we have to take care of our district or circle but chq leaders take care of all india so i think that they are more brillient to us.
please dont take persional.
