i am forwarding the Order Copy of Hon. Chandigarh & Jabalpur CAT's & copy of Delhi CAT is Faxed at Chq. BSNLEU fax no.,so i request you to pursue the case with management to allow all TTA to appear in the MT examinations on the basis of these CAT order & as per agreement with BSNL Management during 15th NCM .
Also try to make it applicable to all TTA's with Diploma /MSC/M TECH qualification as in one of the interim order by Hon. Ernakulam CAT( Case filed by AIBSNLEA) to allow all Executives in MT Examination without the Qualification & Age bar.
