Dear Friend
I am selected in JTO-2007 got tamilnadu circle,Yesterday i got Training letter in which Stipend is mentioned, but as TTA i am entitled for Existing pay and allowances during training.Any TN friend who was TTA & now becomes JTO please tell whether u got TTA salary or Stipend during traning.Would TamilNadu circle mentioned in training letter about STIPEND Or Existing pay and allowances.

Three years ago on this day, i.e
8th OCT 2006, we, the TTAs from all over India
lived a dream at the Rajasthan Bhawan, Faridabad .
That was the day when SNATTA was given physical shape, which was a combination
of dreams that only existed on our minds till then. Different people predicted
different type of future for this small but historic endeavour. SNATTA proved
majority of them WRONG. Three years on, SNATTA still exists & going strong.
Anyway being the President of
SNATTA, I would like to place on record the valuable support, both moral &
financial, and co-operation, extended to us by each & every TTA in general
and the circle office bearers in particular. I would also like to express my
appreciation to the untiring efforts of the then GS, Shri Dhiraj Chaudhury, due
to which we were able to achieve some significant results, that will add to a
better future of TTAs in BSNL. Even if I refrain myself from making tall
claims, at least this much can be said, that SNATTA created a niche for TTAs in
this giant organization and the mammoth organizational hierarchy where we still
are a minority.
On this day, I wish to officially
disassociate myself from the core team of SNATTA, partly due to the fact that
after becoming a JTO myself, I am not able to give sufficient time hence not
able to do justice to the responsibilities of the post & partly due to
legal hassles. But more importantly it is to make way for the heir apparent, Mr
Manish Samadhiya, VP, SNATTA to take charge. I think this will be the best possible
Birthday gift, to SNATTA & it´s members. A gem of a person, as he is, will
definitely take SNATTA to new heights with his pleasing personality, patience
and energetic approach. I am quite hopeful; he will bring many more moments to
cheer about.
Hence I
request you to consider this letter as my resignation from the post of
PRESIDENT, SNATTA and the powers considered delegated to the VP.
Lastly I would like to assure you
that I am always available, where I will be of any help to the struggle &
cause of TTAs because SNATTA will always occupy a special corner in my heart.

hi chandan,
i don't know whether GS and All accepts your resignation or not... but i
personally feel that you should continue as president as far as
possible... reasons are obvious that you posses the most rational
thinking and always have strong logics behind most of your decisions.
And we are still short of our ultimate target of JTO LDCE Exam. So we
need your support and oratory skills to finish with that.
i also feel very positive for Manish as he is a very honest and sensible
guy. So far he has delivered good results.
This SNATTA belongs to all the TTAs but few know that its foundation was
laid by you. Your futuristic vision has made all possible for us.

7. Urgent:- Updates Regarding MT issue & future course of action.

Hi friends,
Due to some technical problems SNATTA site can't be updated at
present, so by using this platform I want to update few things regard
the MT issues.
We have submitted the Chandigarh CAT case order copy to Nanboodiri Ji,
to discuss the same with management to implement the Chandigarh CAT case
to All over India. We are hopeful about the efforts of Namboodiri Ji but
we are thinking about the worst case that management will not implement
it for all over India & only petitioners of Chandigarh Court Case are
allowed.
1) So first of all submit your MT form before 14/10/2009.
In case if any difficulty arrives in submitting the MT form then use the
MT Clarification loaded on SNATTA website on 7/10/2009, In this
clarification it is mentioned in point No. 5.3 that no form should be
rejected due to doubt on Age, Qualification or any other reasons.
2) Prepare your self for Court Case in your Respective CAT. As BSNL
management allowed to petitioners only so try to inform all of your
Eligible TTA as per previous MT RR & prepares to make them petitioner in
the court case filed from your side. For any help regarding the court
case you may contact Dheeraj ji, Pradeep Ji & Myself, so that we may
help you well in time.
