dear avtar,
if ur OS is WIN XP then follow steps to increase Virtual Memory.

go to control panel>>open system>>click adavnced tab>> then click settings>> click advanced tab >> click change>> choose drive which has space available preferably C Drive.>. click custom size> enter 1.5 times of your RAM size (preferably 1024 MB) in both of the rows>. click Set>> click Ok>>> click ok>. click OK.

if u dont have any good space in your drives then free up ur drive.

click start>> click run enter cleanmgr>>click ok and then free up some space.
