i am yet to understand that if BSNL's profit is going down and i think the upper mgmt knew this before hand then WHY they increased their pay scales from 27000 to 81000...??
Can anybody answer WHY..?
if they are the Real and committed controllers then they would have lowered their pay hike which would result in lesser pay hike demand from Group C and D. they should have lead by example. BSNL could have saved crores of rupees.
They (Group A) want to eat all the Cake alone. They even lack work ethics.
we (BSNL) can still grow if ITS leaves us, and we can still fly high if chance is given to youngsters to perform.
WE REALLY NEED a United Association of Direct Recruited TTAs, JTOs and JAO's.
