it is point to attention but things that mejor earninging to bsnl is from broadband&mobile.but service to customer is too poor,no one care for service,too many ttas are recruited but less are posted in outdoor for fault rectification.while most earning to bsnl will b from broadband.no proper way of testing,no initial test by indoor
