It is very clear that YAHOO-GROUP belongs to SNATTA is very beneficial for us , lots of VIEWS, SUGGESTIONS , ADVICES & OPINIONS etc. shared by our members on the group.I think our group need more DISCIPLINE because of following--
1. Lots of BOGUS members joined the group.
2. Members send mails to group without their IDENTITY i.e NAME , PLACE OF POSTING , SSA , CIRCLE & MOBILE NUMBERS etc.
3. Our all mails are also available in some-body BLOG.
4. Our secrets are now open to whole world.
So the seriousness of matter following policy be implemented to CLEAN OUR OWN HOME---
1. Request to all members- Please try to IDENTIFY THE BOGUS MEMBERS & informed to CHQs , ALSO TO OPEN ON YAHOO GROUP.
2. Request to CHQ- Give the LIST OF MODERATORS & CLEARLY INSTRUCTS TO ALL MODERATORS THAT EACH AND EVERY MAIL WILL BE PASSED ONLY IF IT WITH PROPER IDENTIFICATION OF SENDER i.e NAME , SSA ,CIRCLE , PLACE OF POSTING & MOBILE NUMBER/ LAND LINE NUMBERS , OTHERWISE BLOCK THE MAILS.
3. Request to MODERATORS- Please pass only those mails which concern to welfare of members & OUR BELOVED ASSOCIATION.
If the above matter TOUCHES YOUR HEART then dont waste the time , we have to CLEAN OUR HOME IN ONE WEEK AND COME TO YAHOO GROUP WITH MORE DISCIPLINE & RESPONSIBILITY.DEAR MODERATORS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY IS MORE THAN OTHER .
