this means conditions becomes more worse in future

What ever u want to convey may be right then donot take management for granted,
when they can disapprove what was agrred in nation council meeting then what is the value of words and their assurances.
they just do all this to temporarily dislode the problem.
If they were really serious then our wage revision would have not taken so much time.
Any way the best thing is to create a preesure by raising our voice against the MT, and may be in return we can get the relaxation and exam soon.
Also i think SDE will be filing a case against the age limit so it is difficult that the MT will see the Light.
In parallel DGM recruitment is also there and many E-3 scale Sr. Sde and SDE want that they may be given relaxation, so best thing is ti oppose the present rule and ask the Management to incorporate TTA s .

dear friends
so many of you have raised the issue, the discrimination of management towards tta's, as the management wants to take BE holders+jto+ 4ys service. the negligence of management towards qualified people is really serious matter. but at the same time if you fight for the eligibility by court case, we can irritate the management but we have to face problems for our LDCE.
the MT posts are very less and the benifit is going to be less for the total strength. if we let the management do what ever it wants in this matter. the service condition for the JTO LDCE for BE holders can be reduced .which will benifit more no. of tta's. after the MT recruitment the management will also have less defence at their side in this matter.
this is my opinion. i request all the readers to come up with their opinion. i want to know our CHQ opinion.
