Due to lack of firm determination in ourself and poor leadership of BSNLEU , management is just playing a game with us , some times made us elligible and some times barred,i think it is just only to check wheather we posses managerial qualities or not.
so if u think that you have above managerial qualities then you are elligible or will be in future,(but at present we are not ellgible).

so accept it as a challenge !start our effort to make us elligible in MT by requesting, arguing and with court help and prove our self that if we can handle all types of problems (technical,administ rative and educationally etc.)in our organisation then why not elligible in MT.
COME FORWARD WE WILL BE ELLIGIBLE.
